The bulk of Hellcat's history is brought to you by Danny Waah! ---MikeFichera 23:13, 1 May 2006 (EDT)

Re: plagery

Where did you get this bio? I ask because it is verbatim from my defunct Unofficial Handbook site. When I saw Hellcat listed in the Wanted pages, I brushed off my old files and re-edited the entry. This would seem redundant if someone is already posting my work :) I suppose I don't mind, really, but it would be nice to be credited as a contributor. --Danny Waah! 11:39, 30 April 2006 (EDT)

Danny - I apologize for this getting through. Plagery from other websites, magazines, or books (like the DK Marvel books) or anything not published by Marvel is not permitted on the site. Folks have been copying verbatim or near verbatim off Marvel Directory, the Appendix, Spiderfan, Sam Ruby, Wiki, and now we see your old site.. and we've been trying our best to enforce this policy. It's easy to imagine folks who pour a lot of energy running fan sites getting steamed to find their labor copy and pasted over here just as much as, say, Tom DeFalco or Peter Sanderson would if text from one of their DK books were to be cribbed. Text from any Marvel published book is fair game, however, as you'll find text from the Official Handbooks in here. Text researched and written by folks in their own words is naturally encouraged as well! Since you are the author of the text, however, if you are OK with it being here, that's fine. But I'd like to post within the Discussion that the bulk of the text is by you. I know this is a group effort, but we should give credit where credit is due.--MikeFichera 09:19, 1 May 2006 (EDT)

Just need to put my 2 cents in, Even thought I am listed under the first contributor on this moved bio and the original, I didn't create it, nor did I write the text, I just added the image and some basic stats. Oh, and if there is some way to switch contributors or something of that nature, feel free to switch my credits out with Danny. --Viper 21:43, 1 May 2006 (EDT)

The potential for confusion is noted. Thanks for the post. --MikeFichera 23:13, 1 May 2006 (EDT)
