"Hogan, Happy" or "Hogan, Harold"
To answer the question that it should go under "Hogan, Harold" instead of "Hogan, Happy", it is the name that the character is most identified with that it goes under. For example "Hogan, Virginia "Pepper" Potts" is listed as "Hogan, Pepper" instead of "Hogan, Virginia".
