Talk:LeBow, Mary

Hey Anthony; I met no harm at making the the change of use from used. You are corrected in the past tense of the word, however in the sentence (She was used to receiving calls from Danny after he had gotten in bar fights and drinking binges.) The way this reads is that she has been utilized or depleted. She was use to means that she had grown accustomed to. Maybe changing the word used to accustomed would correct the sentence? I will leave that decision to you. By the a late Happy New Years to you, and thanks for making the other corrections to my work. --ohitsme 11:17, 18 January 2009 (EST)

Sorry if I sounded harsh in my comment. I didn't mean to come off the wrong way, but I took your suggestion (even though I double checked the definition of used, and it also means accustomed to), but I decided to reword the sentence anyway just to eliminate any confusion for anyone else who might not know what I was saying. Hope the new year is treating you well so far too. --acotilletta
