Weren't the constituent members all originally 616 heroes? Can we link to their 616 bios? I'm afraid of confusion by novice users...

The Handbook team discussed this at length, and all of us took a mighty dose of Advil afterwards. We pulled the links to the 616-characters since 1) people think Arana is dead, and she's not, 2) people reading the Civil War think Speedball and the rest of the band are trapped in the future, and they're not. Arana's alive and has 2 arms. The 616 Speedball was in Connecticut when Nitro for the boom heard round the world. If we link to their bios, I think we're adding to the confusion. The 616 characters never formed the team. This is a story about Chronok of Earth-6025 returning to his modern age (year "2006" we'll say), killing all the heroes, and thus the League was formed. Since Chronok's past was no longer the history he lived through in Earth-6025, he formed a divergence - Earth-6215. When the League went to the future to stop him from going into the past, they made another divergence, Earth-2992, where they are stuck. Advil for everyone! --MikeFichera 15:01, 16 May 2006 (EDT)
