Talk:Spider-Man (Marvel Zombies)

Weight explanation

The reason that Spider-Man (Zombie) and Spider-Man (Peter Parker)'s weight are so different is because the zombie had several body parts missing. user:sononsj

LOL! ;) --ComiX-Fan 01:47, 16 April 2006 (EDT)

But what about all of the eating he did. marvels 08:35, 20 April 2006 (EDT)

True, But isn't he missing half his stomach ? david andrews 10:07, 20 April 2006 (EDT)

Hmmm, I guess the handbook will have to explain everything that is missing from or added to him. marvels 14:21, 20 April 2006 (EDT)

Does this have a universe designation like the other alternate universes? --pete 09:48, 17 April 2006 (EDT)

Yep, it's Earth-2149 as per the Alternate Universes Handbook. --ComiX-Fan 09:51, 17 April 2006 (EDT)

Should we update the universe to Earth-2149, or just leave it as a marvel zombies universe? --Viper 12:15, 17 April 2006 (EDT)

But, does Spider-Man have the same history, the bio mention Ben Reilly. marvels 14:24, 17 April 2006 (EDT)

I created the article and I wondered about that, too. I will delete that. I used Kaine, Ben, ect. because the real Spider-Man had those "relatives". From my understanding, their history is exactly the same up to the zombie incident. However, the books did not state this, which is why I will delete it. sononsj 19:17, 17 April 2006 (EDT)

I recently added the "conversation" from Marvel Zombies #5. What do you guys think? sononsj 23:01, 19 April 2006 (EDT)

Dead or un-dead?

I see that Spider-Man (Zombie) is in the Deceased category but are zombies not un-dead ? I know this isn't really important but it just bothers me to think if he is classed as un-dead should he be placed in the People who used to be dead but aren't anymore category or was he ever dead ? david andrews 00:14, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

Yes, he is technically un-dead (I even made up a lame joke about it in the discussion pages) but I don't thimk they'd go through the trouble of creating a new category. I know a few people you could talk with if you're serious about a new category. sononsj 00:20, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

No its ok I just wanted to see if that was right , Maybe they'll create a ZOMBIE category when there are more profiles made on the marvel zombies. david andrews 09:08, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

If enough zombie bios are created, I'll personally create a category. --Viper 15:24, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

I have been planning to make several for some time, and if that cate-gory (get it, cate-gory?) is created, maybe we could put that Zombie guy in it to, though he wasn't part of the Marvel Zombies series. sononsj 15:31, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

I just created a new Venom (Marvel Zombies) bio. What do you think? I'll be creating more soon. sononsj 20:29, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

It's good, I see you've included my beginning (taken in context from zombified Mr. Fantastic himself), anyway, you've put in the bio killer "I", best remove it quickly before the moderators get the scent of fresh meat. --Viper 20:56, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

Uh, I think zombies can be classified as walking dead, so deceased should be ok(it's not a big deal if it has already been changed). marvels 21:04, 21 April 2006 (EDT)

The characters from zombie world have NEVER interacted with the Earth-616 characters. If the Ultimate universe characters aren't placed in the main categories why would you put the MArvel Zombies characters there??? Where's the logic???? The Zombies have their own category, that is enough until they expand outside of it, isn't it??? -- IRISH4869 03:10, 20 May 2006 (EDT)

We need clear definitions for each category. We'll work on that. While Spider-Man's category has the various incarnations of Spider-Man (2099, House of M, Ultimate) and includes Spider-Girl (MC2), a category like "Heroes" and "Villains" should be reserved for 616 only. As for "Horror", this universe is pretty unique in being so focused on the horror genre, the mods agreed that the Zombie-verse should be included here. It's not black or white - and again, we need to put some guidelines up top in each category's Talk page.--MikeFichera 00:06, 21 May 2006 (EDT)

Zombies are the un-dead end of story. Spider-man is the best profile on the "Zombies profiles" the other are ok though

Yeah, Viper, I did use your beginining. I don't mean to copy your work, but I was wondering whether it would be okay to put that beginning in all the up-coming zombie bios, to be more organized. If that, for any reason, is a problem, then I'll change the beginning in the Venom bio because that was the only reason I put it there. sononsj 21:00, 8 May 2006 (EDT)

Yea, I took it from Marvel Zombies anyway. What was the purpose of your earlier edit? --Viper 21:11, 8 May 2006 (EDT)

I created a line seperating the dialogue and the rest of the article. sononsj 22:43, 8 May 2006 (EDT)
