Physical Description
The Tribunals are energy being that can take whatever form they desire.

The Tribunals are very powerful energy beings that come from and unidentified planet, location and time. They possessed psionic energy manipulating abilites that appeared to be unlimited, allowing them to move objects across time. They summoned the original Defenders before them in an attempt to persuade them to permanently disband. They employed Elf-like beings as their servants.


NOTE: There is no connection between the Tribunals and the abstract entity known as the Living Tribunal.
