Creators

FYI - The "Creators" category has been removed from the website. If you find an entry with the category still there, it won't actually function on the character's page.--MikeFichera 01:23, 6 July 2006 (EDT)

Creating a profile

s05bf0d4, please use a template when creating a profile for a character, team, event or anything else. You can find some help with creating profiles in the Help area and the templates themselves in the Help Posting area of the site. The templates are used to create a standard system for the Marvel Encyclopedia to show a uniformity with the entire site.
Also when making a profile, please list as much information as possible. If you know the character's hair or eye color, then list that. If you know their powers, weapons or appearances, then please list those as well. Profiles that only have a one line for information and nothing else won't get approved. Because of this, your recent group of profiles can not be approved. Hope this helps you understand things a little better. If not the feel free to ask questions. --DragynWulf 17:53, 30 August 2006 (EDT)

"Spider-Man" not "Spider-man"

The correct way to spell Spider-Man is with a capital "M" for Man. This is the reason why a lot of your most recent edits and profiles are not being approved and/or deleted. It is a commone mistake and one that I did when I first started doing profiles here until it was pointed out to me. --DragynWulf 18:30, 9 January 2007 (CST)

Russian and Spider-Man

The Reason I put Russian in the Spider-Man cat. is because The Russian has faced off against Spider-Man... twice I believe. SO thats why I put him in that Category. --mimicx35

Bennett Brant - Resubmit

Please resubmit Bennett - it was fine, but I was too slow too approve it. Sorry about that. Please change "realise" to the American spelling "realize." If you need the text again, please post a note to my User Talk page. --MikeFichera 17:04, 4 February 2007 (CST)

Disambiguation pages

Don't change the link of a character that name is not known to "Something (unrevealed)" when there is several characters who has used that alias and their real name hasn't been revealed. When there is only one character that has used that specific alias but hasn't had his real name revealed yet then it can be named as "Something (unrevealed)". Otherwise we should use something to seperate them from eachother like team name, mutant, human, man, female or something like that. Also almost all the A-C disambiguation pages are good there is not really any need to correct the profile links. --Wezqu 19:49, 9 February 2007 (CST)

Whooops sorry about that. Its just that everytime this character has been mentioned his name is always the Cat. That's why I changed the link from Prowler (unrevealed) to Cat (unrevealed). I made sure that there was nobody else in that disambiguation page with that name. For example the partner of Mouse was known as Cat (burglar). I realize what I did was wrong and I won't do it again without consulting one of the mods.--s05bf0d4 06:04, 10 February 2007 (CST)

Minor edits?

s05bf0d4, can you please note the reason for your editing profiles in more detail than just "minor edits"? We moderators need to be certain that users with auto-approval power are doing things correctly around here, and "minor edits" tells us nothing. --ComiX-Fan 07:10, 18 February 2007 (CST)

Will do ComiX-Fan. I was merely adding a significant_issues in the Powerbox and fixing any spelling mistakes that I seen--s05bf0d4 07:13, 18 February 2007 (CST)
