Marvel Zombies #5 (possibly killed by Spider-Man)

It all started with a flash in the sky and a ripple through the clouds. Nobody knew what exactly caused this, but some think it might have been a punch. The hunger had made the unknown super hero so determined to satisfy his hunger that he ripped a hole in the very fabric of reality.

Ex-vigilante Eddie Brock was among the billions affected by the hunger. However, he was weak, possibly from a lack of fresh, juicy food, (no, not fruits and vegetables). The symbiote which he had bonded with no longer wanted him.

When Galactus came to consume his world, the former heroes (now soulless zombies) of his reality had already claimed Galactus, and they had a short battle over who would eat him. The heroes won almost right away, thanks to their newly-acquired cosmic powers. Eddie Brock was apparently killed by Spider-Man because he was so weak.
