bio_text = While he was on the run from authorities for crimes against the surface people of [[Earth]], which he did not commit, [[Sub-Mariner|Namor]]'s aquatic allies joined together to find him. During this time [[Stingray (Walter Newell)|Stingray]] began referring to them as Deep Six, although the name did not appeal to Todd Arliss the [[Tiger Shark]]. The team soon found Namor and also found themselves in a battle with the [[Avengers]]. [[Thunderstrike]] engaged in battle with Tiger Shark appeared to be on the verge of death, but he was saved by Namor. The actions of Namor were took as a slap in the face by Tiger Shark who left the scene with [[Rahn, Tamara|Tamara]]. The entire team soon departed and went their separated ways shortly after this adventure.
