He has used his magic to bond Brandy Clark to an empty [[Spaceknights|Spaceknight]] armor and weaved a spell to force her to do his bidding. He could also instantly enthrall humans by shooting a spell that would wrap the victims in black tendrils and claws. By using his magic to cast a spell of teleportation he can travel around the world, and carry at least one other person with him. Dredd like most other Dire Wraiths can change his appearance by mentally altering his bodily structure into any organic form, generally humans and a red fanged serpent. Dredd possesses superhuman strength and durability, he could also make himself so razor-sharp that he could not be touched by others; this also allowed him to cut his targets to shreds. Dredd’s body produced a peculiar odor that made him detectable by the Spaceknights of [[Galador]].  

bio_text= The powerful warlock known as Doctor Dredd is a member of the [[Dire Wraiths|Dire Wraith]] race. The Wraiths are an offshoot of the alien shape-shifters known as the [[Skrulls]]. Dredd can mentally alter his shape and generally takes the form of a human, however at time of attack he morphs into a large fanged serpent. In an effort to defeat the [[Galadorians|Galadorian]] [[Spaceknights|Spaceknight]], Rom, Dredd confronted [[Starshine (Brandy Clark)|Brandy Clark]] about her feelings for Rom, just before he mystically bonded her to the empty [[Starshine]] armor. Dredd actions were witnessed by Brandy’s husband [[Clark, Jackson|Jackson Clark]], who was quickly captured and traumatized as he watched his wife being merged with the armor. The [[Torpedo (Brock Jones) | Torpedo]] smashed into the laboratory , quickly engaging Dredd in battle, but Brandy gained consciousness and rescued Dredd.
