Once he had access to his own materials, Logan created a padded suit with spring-loaded boots which allow him to bound around similarly to the hero, [[Speedball (Robert Baldwin)|Speedball]]. The boots can deliver a powerful kick as well. His suit is also equipped with suction pads that enable Leaper Logan to stick to walls. However, the pads are only strong enough to support slightly over Logan's weight (himself and his stolen merchandise), and if the bulk of another human is added on top of Logan’s, the suction pads will be useless.
