One of the original Order team members decommissioned after violating their morality clauses during their first victory celebration, Peoples harbored an intense grudge against Anthem for firing him. Approached by an android known as Man from S.H.A.D.O.W., Peoples agreed to join Ezekiel Stane’s operatives in their plan to destroy the Order and kill Anthem.
