Nezarr was a member of the enigmatic Celestial race. Nezarr was a member of the Fourth Celestial Host and was known as the Calculator. His first appearance on Earth was in the harsh climate of Siberia, where he was attacked by the Soviet led by General Greshkov. Nezarr projected illusions in the minds of Greshkov and his men inducing their deaths by cardiac arrest. It is believed that Nezarr and the First Host of Celestials were the creators of Earth's Eternals a race of humanoid beings with god-like powers. Nezarr was among the Fourth Host when the confronted and resisted the Asgardian, ruler Odin and his son Thor. It was later revealed that Nezarr and the Host were responsible for the creation of the alien Brethren that fell into conflict with the Avengers.
