Comprised of veteran adventurers such as the Collective Man and the Radioactive Man as well as other adventurers which are not as well known to the Western World. The People's Defense Force made their international debut when appeared to confront U.S.Agent, Ban-Luck and Quicksilver as to why they were on Chinese soil. The Avengers were trying to decide whether to confront the powerful Inhuman known as the Unspoken.
