Colonel Glenn Talbot was member of United States Air Force, United States Army and Hulkbusters. He was also an enemy of the Hulk and was killed during a battle with him in Japan. After General Ross died at the hands of the Red Hulk, Talbot resurfaced with Ross' daughter, Betty. The mystery surrounding his resurrection has yet to be revealed, but Talbot is either working with or under the protection of the Intelligencia.
