Anyone else find it a bit silly that the freakin Sorcerer Supreme of all people isn't given a 7 on energy projection?  If Stephen isn't a 7 I don't see how any hero could be.  Not to mention his intelligence is listed as below people like Matt Murdock.  Silly Marvel power grids. Sorcerer Supreme doesn't have "virtually unlimited command of all forms of energy". Thats what 7 means if you didn't know. There is several beigns in Marvel Universe who is level 7 but those guys are among the most high in gods and in cosmic beings. --[[User:Wezqu|Wezqu]] 20:41, 12 June 2007 (EDT)

What wrog with this page then? under his powers section, it clearly states that one of his powers is energy projection, the other being energy manipulation, while in the powergrid he got a 1 rating(no energy projection), are u guys sure this is the official rating? also, in the Powergrids page: http://www.marvel.com/universe/OHOTMU:Power_Grids it states as an example for editers that Clea receives a 7 in speed rating since she can teleport. Strange can do the same, and receives --> mach level speed? again, are u guys sure this is his official rating? please discuss

As said in several other discussion pages. Power Grid's at the moment are little buggy. Even if they are set to the right numbers some time after that they go nuts and add random numbers. --[[User:Wezqu|Wezqu]] 10:08, 24 July 2007 He is like the almost all powerful hodinu

Current revision as of 15:00, 5 March 2008

This page has been directly taken from the Marvel Database Project. According to the GNU Free Document License that is fine, but requires attribution.

I have made an edit to add the appropriate reference. Could the mods please approve it, thanks...

This entry appears to be word for word from the Marvel Knights Handbook, and as such, it looks like the Marvel database is the one which has done the copying. As such, your edit to attribute the information as coming from the database will not be approved. If additional edits have been made using information not in the Handbook but in the Database instead, please point them out so I can remove them; our policy is not to use anything taken from another site. Yeah thats right it was copied 24.11.2006 to marveldatabase and this profile was here like this much earlier. They should put the reference to here, because it is property of Marvel if it really is taken from the handbook. Jamie_hari you once again try to pass that your site is the better one when you self dont even research what you have in there. That place is full profiles that have been copied from other websites and not given any credit. In this matter you quite frankly painted yourself to a corner. Just to note what reads in your own submission page "DO NOT SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!". --Wezqu 04:44, 28 December 2006 (CST)

Thank you Stuart and Wezqu. It was brought to my attention, but turned out to be a misunderstanding. If I find anything else from our site, I will let you know, but I haven't really been looking, to be honest. I have been too busy with other things. I think part of the misunderstanding is that your software is very glitchy and when the gentleman we reported it to me checked the 'history' on Marvel.com, he said it only showed one edit which was a few days ago. Naturally, he assumed they copied from us. We have since reworked the article. You should really look into getting your software fixed up and updated... You are at version 1.5, but version 1.9 is coming out in a few days. There are a lot of security and bug fixes you might be interested in. I tried to bug Peter with it, but he doesn't really listen to me. Maybe he will listen to you guys... --jamie_hari 11:23, 28 December 2006 (CST)

I agree that the glitches can be frustrating, and I also hope they will soon be rectified. As for your poster "naturally" making that mistake, it would have been nice if he (and you) had checked the facts first before pointing the finger. I take it you will now take down your plagiarised Dr Strange page, in accordance with your own site's policies. Please note that moving a few words round so that sentences start and end in different places and using a thesaurus to substitute a couple of words for ones with similar meanings does not change a plagiarised article into a non-plagiarised one. "That place is full profiles that have been copied from other websites and not given any credit." Then I would appreciate it if you were to e-mail me (or other admin staff) a list of the troublesome pages and where you believe the info to have been taken from. Also, it would do you well to show some tact. kokushishin 18:44, 3 January 2007 (CST)
