I sided with Cap. I believe that there comes a point when people get to engrossed in personal power and agendas and they slowly choke off a persons personal freedoms and voice. I think that the comics will show that power, if left unchecked, will lead to the subjugation and censorship of those who don't. And #4 would have been more appropriate then #5.
