Speedfreek bio

You have listed his first name as Leon. Where did this information come from? Can you please cite the issue this name is given? Stuart Vandal 17:42, 19 September 2006 (EDT)

I didn't do the Speedfreek bio. The only piece of info I added to this bio was the link to Crazy Eight's profile. I guess mine is the only name listed because of the errors this site has with listing all the contributers to a page. Sorry I can't be of more help, but I did remove the "Leon Shappe" from the Crazy Eight profile I did just in case it's incorrect.

Thanks. I wondered if that might have been the case, with the site's erratic memory. At the moment "Leon" remains highly questionable, unless someone can cite the source. Stuart Vandal 05:50, 20 September 2006 (EDT)

Code: Blue

Acotilletta2, can you please ensure that you follow existing naming conventions when posting new bios? All of your individual Code: Blue bios had to be moved as they were not posted as Surname, First Name. Also, please check the writing guidelines as you're still using "unnamed" when you should be using "unidentified". Thanks! --ComiX-Fan 20:05, 9 October 2006 (EDT)

Good profile - The headshot image needs to get rid of the Goblin in the background. It gives the appearance that Gatesworth's alter-ego is the Goblin.--MikeFichera 23:47, 21 November 2006 (CST)

Thanks. I put the shot in the background because Gatesworth is the Goblin's glider (I figured this showed his power while also showing him in his Virtual Reality Suit). If you want I can try to focus more on the glider. --acotilletta2

Grog headshot

Hey, sorry but we should revert Grog back to nightmare_baby's. I like the faded montage look, but the quality and resolution of the image is much better. You want to take the new one and add in the faded background to it, go for it. --MikeFichera 08:44, 27 June 2007 (CDT)

Hi Mike, just wanted to make sure the image I put up is okay with you. Let me know, Thanks. --acotilletta

I noticed that you are able to edit the protected pages. In the C0mpanion section there should be a link to the Tyrant profile. I noticed that there is no mention of the battle between Galactus and the Elder Gods Aegis (Lady of All Sorrows) and Tenebrous of the Darkness Between. It took place in Annihilation #3. --ohitsme 17:49, 26 August 2007 (CDT)

I fixed the link to the Tyrant page, and since I see you had contributed to that page already, I wanted to ask you a question. Under group affiliation, it says Tyrant was a former herald, but I thought he was a companion and the heralds started with the Fallen One and the Silver Surfer. Could you let me know if I'm right because that information should be corrected if it's wrong. As far as the Annihilation information goes, I don't even see a section devoted to that storyline. I don't know if the mods of this site have to add that information or not even though I can perform minor edits to that page. If a mod gives me the okay ,I would gladly add that info and the battle between all those that you mentioned. I thought it was a pretty good fight too. --acotilletta

Aegis (Lady of All Sorrows)

Great changes thanks for making them. I tried to put in an edit adding the other Proemial Gods as relatives. Could you please make the minor edit for me?--ohitsme 09:18, 6 September 2007 (CDT)

I don't mind doing the edit at all, but could you tell me where it lists all the Proemial Gods as relatives. I know they were created around the same time, but unless it actually states somewhere they're related, the mods may disapprove of the edit. As long as you have an issue to back it up, I'll do the edit right away. Thanks. --acotilletta

It doesn't say that exacly anywhere in the comics but if you think about it they were all created in the same event at the same time. As shown in Annihilation: Heralds of Galactus #2. Also they all had to reason to born at that time and place. As they came to existence from the same source at the same time I would think they can be consider as siblings. Of course the moderators could have different opinion. --Wezqu 11:44, 6 September 2007 (EDT)

I added a bunch of the Conquest characters to the list of characters on this page. I was thinking that since you had not updated it for a while, you might have been waiting for the arc to end. Let me know what your plans are. OH, Thank You again for your support. It is cool to know that my effort has been unnoticed.--ohitsme 12:00, 31 October 2007 (CDT)

To tell the truth, I'm a little behind in my reading, but I was intending to put up a profile or two (maybe more) of some of the characters in Annihilation: Conquest (provided, of course, they're not up on the site already by the time I get around to it).

You're welcome. I know it must be frustrating to get started (with the approvals). I wish I could do more, but maybe my mentioning something may help you get noticed by the right people. --acotilletta2

Gamma Corps

Check here Bibliography. Handbook list the comic as "World War Hulk: Gamma Corps". Comic itself have it named as "World War Hulk: Gamma Corps". If you really don't know the right title of the magazine it's always on the small text in couple first pages where there is all the copywrite things and other stuff. In all of them this has been named as "World War Hulk: Gamma Corps". Also just to point out this is not the first time in Civil War there was for example "Civil War: Young Avengers & Runaways" where Civil War was included in the title. Also Annihilation was part of the name of several comics like "Annihilation: Silver Surfer", "Annihilation: Super-Skrull", "Annihilation: Nova" and "Annihilation: Ronan". To clear this out Nova was started over after "Annihilation: Nova" ended so it once again started from issue #1 as "Nova". Don't mix these in with Spider-Man, She-Hulk or other comics that were already going when Civil War, Annihilation or World War Hulk started. So in those the naming didn't change as these are just comics that are made for the event and so the event name is included in their name. I hope you now understand what I was trying to say and if that link doesn't make realize you are wrong then go find the "World War Hulk: Gamma Files" handbook and you will notice its named "World War Hulk: Gamma Corps" in there too. --Wezqu 16:21, 6 January 2008 (CST)

You know Wezqu, I would thank you for sending me the link to the bibliography, but I find it hard to get past your condescending tone ("I hope you now understand what I was trying to say and if that link doesn't make realize you are wrong then..." If you would like to help out those of us who may make a mistake or two, that's fine, but in always trying to prove that you are always right is quite annoying. I am not the first person you have done this to, and I would like to point out that anyone else who may give advice to others on this site (myself included) are at least good natured about it and we are genuinely trying to help make this site as good as it can be. I know you will try to argue this fact because you ALWAYS like to have the last word, but I will leave you with this: If you cannot be courteous to the other fans of Marvel and of this site (myself included), then you should simply stick to creating your disambiguation pages and leave the rest of us alone. Of course, I speak for myself on this matter, but as I said before, I have read some of your rather arrogant comments to others. And just because the bibliography says that it is so, I will be changing the appropriate information on the Gamma Corps pages. --acotilletta

Its only condescending when you take it like it would be like that. I don't want to have the last word but I don't always understand when I try to help people they take it quite negativly and don't really lissen what I say. Also if you all could do it like you want this place would be a mess I just try to put it like it should be (just to clear this out I don't mean like I want it to be. I mean like it should be as the moderators have dictated). I try to explain why but always somehow I'm the bad guy. I never take personally if someone goes and changes something on bio I have made as many times they are right on the changes. I usually check everything before I change something so I don't do a mistake and still I do them sometimes. I always help if someone askes it and I told you how things was. You were the one who were telling me I'm wrong when I was not. Also you said this "World War Hulk is part of this title then it must mean that all the titles of Marvel's crossovers were changed to this as well, and I have the books so I know the titles" sounds quite dismissing to me. Still I don't care about getting in a argument with anyone. I explained the first time to you why it was how it was but still you didn't really check anything just dismissed me as you thought you were right. One reason why I stopped editing it as you would have just changed it back and nothing would have been different. Just to point out the reason why I started to edit the Gamma Corps page was really the Griffin link as it was going to the wrong place. Also just to note you had yourself listed the comic wrong as "Gamma Force" when you first time posted the bio one reason why edited it also. I though you knew that OHOTMU page already so I'm sorry that I though you knew it and would have posted the link earlier. Write OHOTMU to the search part and it will take you to the page scroll down and you will find the links to bibliography and others might help you quite much. Also anything I say should not be taken personally but I'm sorry if you took it that way didn't really even mean it like that. --Wezqu 05:39, 7 January 2008 (CST)

Crater image

Anthony - can you upload the Crater image again? It shows up as a black square by me. But when I click on it, it shows up fine. I'm trying to figure out what's going on. Thanks. --MikeFichera 23:34, 25 February 2008 (EST)

Hey Mike - I uploaded the file again (as you can see), so I hope it helps. Let me know if you need anything else. -- acotilletta 5:51, 26 February 2008 (EST)

About the site

Everything you post on the site is not yours anymore its Marvel's. Also every user has right to edit any profile they want. You don't have right to tell anyone that something in this site is yours or that anyone else doesn't have right to change it. You yourself are the one who takes this personally not me. Also I have done some bios here but to courtesy to moderators have cut them down as I don't use english as main language so mistakes are frequent. Still you yourself take every little change on your bios as somekind of personal attack. I know nobody likes that someone else fixes mistakes but you can't tell anyone to stop correcting things here as its community place like wikipedia. Also you yourself talk to me like I would be someone who doesn't know anything. Also anything I changed on the bio was info that is right and you can't try to blame me of making the site more accurate. Also I don't do this because I want regonition of this. I'm doing this as I like Marvel and if this is a way to help them then I'm happy to do it. Also if you really wan't to keep your aliases on the page then make minor change on it every time your name disapears then its there again. I don't really care that my alias is there I'm not here so that I get praised. --Wezqu 18:27, 8 April 2008 (EDT)

Also just wanted to mention to you that I was just searching comics that have Bar With No Name so I could add them to the significant issues section so someone who wants to add the info on the bio could but now I don't really even feel like doing it anymore as its your bio. Just wanted to help but you seem to think this is just for you. --Wezqu 18:35, 8 April 2008 (EDT)

First off, Wezqu, nothing I put on this site is ever mine. It is always Marvel's property, and I can say anything I wish (you do know we have freedom of speech here). All I asked was for you to be considerate of others instead of treating everyone as imbeciles while you think you know more than us. You see, I do what I do on this site because I, too, have been a Marvel fan for many, many years, and I want to contribute to the company I feel I have been a part of for so long. And yes (and excuse me if this sounds wrong to you), I would like people to know that I have contributed to this site because I am proud to be a part of it. Do I think the site is just for me? Of course not. Do I take anyone changing a profile of mine as a personal attack? No one save for you because (and I've said this before) I feel you go out of your way to belittle people. I am more than content to be a part of this site for as long as it will have me, and my love for the characters is the only thing that makes sharing this site with you bearable. I have never said that all the information you add is incorrect, but I did say that your head swells every time you do contribute to another's page. As far as I'm concerned (because I know you'll want the last word as always), I'm done with this discussion because I feel you've missed my point. You want to help? Fine, but try not to be so high and mighty when you do. --acotilletta

Yeah I'm always the high and mighty as you seem to think so its fine by me. I know there is no way to change someones opinion when he just missunderstands people but doesn't really care that I have said several times that I don't try to be ******* here. I never said you are idiot or anyone is. Still you could give good explanation why things should not be like that and not come barking my head of every time I change something in your bio. I always give good explanation and if that doesn't suit you then ask why it was changed I'm happy to tell you why. Still the category is in the right place in recent years Bar With No Name is mostly seen in Spider-Man and its already part of the comic. Categories are there to be used and it would be missleading if it would not be in the page. I don't go over my way to make you people look bad. I just usually check some profiles I might know something and add if there is some things missing or mistakenly writen wrong. Still I'm not ignorent ******* who doesn't care at all and judges people being ******* when I have stated several times I'm not trying to hurt anyone or make them look bad. To me you are taking everything I say personally when its never has been personal. Still if you really want to think I'm somekind of ******* then do so I don't really care this is not the first or the last when people judge me when they don't know anything about me. Also that high and mighty additude is always with yourself because you always take that "you want the last word" thing when you know it wont make you better it just shows that you start an argument and then back away as you think it make you look better. It doesn't make you "winner" of the conversation when you decline to talk about it because you say its over after you say what you have to say. Its quite frankly nice when you do the same thing you accuse me to be doing. No offence of course but you seem to have some personal issues with me that I don't even get why as I don't have any with you. Also I got your point that you want me to ask you to edit profiles that you have done yourself. I'm not going to do that as you try to resrict my access to the site that goes against the Terms and Conditions of this site. I still retain on my right to add information and edit missleading information. Also you don't have to right to ask anyone to let you only edit a profile as it goes against the site rules it doesn't matter that you have freedom of speech you still can't ask someone to do something that is against the rules. --Wezqu 06:00, 9 April 2008 (EDT)

The only thing I have to say to your response is this: One - I'm not trying to restrict anything but your childish and inconsiderate attitude towards others; Two - Say what you want and do what you want because you and I will NEVER have a conversation again (especially because you have proven not be up to par in a battle of wits as you have to resort to profanities); and Three - you want to tell me about the rules, but I have also read the terms and conditions of this site and you seemed to have missed this one:

"you agree that you shall not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through the Web Site or any service or feature made available on or through the Web Site, any materials which...ii) are fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit or indecent, " (the words in bold are everything I would describe the foul language you have used in your response)

For you to use profanities as many times as you did shows the level of respect you have for this site and for those you speak to. This is not to say I have not used such language from time to time in my personal life, but I have enough class (and common sense) to not use it here. You never know if there are children reading any of the postings on this site. I would only ask you to never use that kind of language again, and never use it when talking to me. It is inappropriate and uncalled for. Thank you and good bye. --acotilletta

Removed those words that can be taken offence. Still I wanted you to see them as thats what you think I am. You claim to take the high road but still take a fit every time I edit something. Should I beg for every time I change a topic of yours so I can change it. I'm not going to let you dictate what I can do on this site like you try to do here. You yourself have broken one of those rules you listed as you have posted offensive messages against me so don't try to be the man who thinks he has right to do that when you are telling me I can't. I don't really like to be accused to be something I'm not and you have done it several times. I apology that I used vulgar terms put they were there to make a point. Still I wan't you to apology your own behaviour as you have called me several times to be some high and mighty person who I'm not. If you won't do that you aren't better than me at all and your par is really much lower than my. I wasn't the one who started to call others with names. --Wezqu 06:09, 10 April 2008 (EDT)

You still don't get it, and you won't get an apology from me for something I haven't done. I will try one last time to explain this to you, and if you don't get it after this, I am completely done with this conversation. I have not tried to restrict you from doing anything on this site. You feel that you put a good reason every time you make an edit to a page EVEN IF someone changes the edit back and gives a good reason of his own to cancel your edit. After that, you redo the change a second time and (maybe it's because english is not your native language) you come back with something that makes it sound as if you are almost yelling or being sarcastic to the person. For instance you think Bar With No Name should be in the Spider-Man category, but yet it has been in so many other books as you yourself have listed. I say, because it has shared so many other titles that it is misleading to list it as only taking part in Spider-Man. If your reasoning is correct, then almost every hero, villain, place and team should be listed in Spider-Man's category as many have graced his pages over and over again, but yet they are not. However, to you this is not a good explanation, and only yours is the one that counts. That is the type of behavior I do not like from you. Nothing else. You have done it to others too - correcting hair color to something you feel is right, but is actually wrong, waiting for months on end to have a moderator delete a profile that someone worked hard on because you didn't feel it should be listed the way they listed it (whether they are right or wrong, it should be up to a mod to figure out and not your constant hounding to get what you want). Just because I'm the only one that may mention it to you does not mean I'm accusing you of anything that you're not actually doing. I hope you understand what I am talking about this time. I appreciate that you removed the profanities from your last post, but again, please try to a make your point without using them in the future. --acotilletta

Ok, thank you for the explanation and I'm not meaning this any way negativly, but why couldn't you wrote that in the first time and not that text where I don't really know what is the facts that you got riled up. I'm not dismissing you text so I answer every of those points now and anything I say I don't mean be any way dissmissive. I will start on the Spider-Man thing as it seems to be the vocal point of this matter. The category doesn't mean its just Spider-Man comic place it means that its part of Spider-Man comic if there would be Captain America category I would have added it to that as well. Adding that category doesn't dissmiss any of the other comics it has been in, but in reality is helping people find it who search things through category pages. Those categories are ment to be there to easilly find pages that are part of the category. For example I give you Atlas (Erik Josten) page he is listed in Spider-Man category as when he used alias Smuggler he mostly was seen in Spider-Man comics but it still doesn't dissmiss that he also has been part of Thunderbolts and other comics with other aliases. The categories aren't just for characters and places that are originally made for that comic but to those that frequently were part of the comic in atleast some time. Still those comics I added to significant issues section most of them were Spider-Man comics and those were the most recent ones so in reality it is already part of the comic. Of course not all the pages can be there like Doctor Doom even if Spider-Man have met him several times isn't his villain.

Then the hair color thing. Yes I did change it as I though it was right still I didn't change it back after he changed it as he gave good explanation. As the character doesn't have official handbook bio it can't be really checked if the hair color is right. If moderator doesn't change it or its listed as orange in handbook I'm not going to change it again. Its still listed as red like ohitsme changed it to. I haven't touched it after he changed it. So your how I want it doesn't fit in this matter.

First of all I don't ask moderators delete bios I'm asking them to move them not because I wan't them to be moved because for example there is several people using the alias and character thats listed under the main alias page is character that is not the character thats now active with the alias is also missleading. People try to find the active character but end up in the non-active characters page. Also the moving doesn't take the credit away from the person as the contributors will be trasfered also. Also only bio text I delete are text that are taken from external sources like wikipedia as its illegal to copy text from other sites to here. Also the moving mention is just so that moderator will notice it otherwise he might not even notice it being in the wrong place. I'm not telling him to move it I'm just noting it that it might need moving. Also I usually list them on the moving list here Marvel Universe:Wanted giving the explanation why they should be moved and its up to the moderators if they want to move them. There are several pages that are in the wrong place for many different reason. Still every thing I do are by the rules and advices I got from the moderators. I'm doing this by their book not mine so I'm not the one inventing the rules here. Only time I said that profile needs to be deleted was Lord Chaos & Master Order bio that had two characters and on the top of that there already was Lord Chaos and Master Order bios done seperatly as they should be done. Every character should have their own bio.

I still ask for the apology as you didn't really explain yourself clearly to me the first time if you would have done that this hole argument could have been avoided. Also once again I say anything I said should not be taken anyway negativly and if you have something to add or ask just do so. Just don't come guns placing accusing people it doesn't really help you know. No offence of course. Also as I said I really don't try to be sarcastic and never even felt like yelling to someone when I wrote the description. Sorry if it seemed like I did even in this matter I should not need to apoligy but I will do it anyway. Please could you read your first post again because there is thing that I would take offensivly and only those thing I want the apoligy not for your point in the matter. Is it really so much to ask? --Wezqu 08:55, 10 April 2008 (EDT)

I did not ask you to say you were sorry, and the reason I lashed out the way I did was because of my initial impression of your response to mine (as I stated above). I wrote my first post in a sarcastic manner because that is how I thought you were speaking to me, so I got a little heated at the moment. I do apologize that I did not make myself clearer the first time, but I think we are now on the same page. As you can see, too, I mainly keep to myself and simply post characters when I get some free time away from my day job. I did not mean for this to be so drawn out, but next time, if there is a next time, I will be sure to ask about an issue or a particular reasoning I do not understand. --acotilletta

Disambiguation pages

I'm just contacting you of the Bride of Nine Spiders (disambiguation) page. If you could make the descriptions little shorter. One of the atleast are just barely over the five to six line rule. Like descriptions should be short just about five to six lines not including the name link. Also just to note that you can't put the other character under unrevealed when the first characters name hasn't been revealed either. You could change it to successor or something else that describes the character. I might have changed it myself but I'm not really familiar with the characters and thought as you made it you are so I will leave it to you to fix. Thanks for your time. --Wezqu 14:16, 26 May 2008 (EDT)

Done and done. Thanks for pointing that out. --acotilletta

Guardians of the Galaxy

Well I thought to clarify why I made that link correction. That Guardians of the Galaxy page was posted in the wrong place from the start as its not from Earth-616. I was just saying that as you changed the link to include the Earth-616 you made it possible to someone to make the page under that. If it would have been made it would have been in the wrong place as Earth-616 character are listed without the Earth designation. Also if the page under the Earth-616 designation would have been done later the moderators would have to move both pages not just the other Guardians of the Galaxy. I was only thinking the moderators as there is enough problems on the site to fix without us making more. I quite frankly would wait them to move it as it should be on the to do list when they manage to make the site work right. I'm not accusing anyone of doing anything wrong. I hope this clarified what I ment. Keep up the good work. --Wezqu 16:30, 15 July 2008 (EDT)

There is several characters that have been called Kali. Check the disambiguation page. --Wezqu 04:40, 28 July 2008 (EDT)

I only followed the link under the Oblivion page. I'll fix it under Kali (agent), and I'll correct all the links that pertain to it starting with the Oblivion page. --acotilletta

Hi Guys, the botched link for Kali is my bad. I did not to check if there were any other links. I'm sorry for the frustration Anthony. --ohitsme 10:58, 28 July 2008 (EDT)

No big deal...and no frustration either. Just retyped a couple of things, that's all. Everything should be all good now. I just hope they fix the uploading problem. I have a lot of images to put up for all the recent bios I've posted (as I'm sure you do too). --acotilletta

Just wanted to let you know there is three more characters that have used alias Highwayman so the main tittle should be reserved for redirect. I will update the disambiguation page so you can repost the bio in the right place. --Wezqu 06:44, 19 May 2009 (EDT)

While putting this profile together I started to realize that the severed head used as Knowhere is the head of Ziran. At least that what it looks like. Can you tell me if I am right or wrong. --ohitsme 14:28, 19 September 2009 (EDT)

Knowhere wasn't specified to be the head of any known Celestial as of yet (at least not in the Guardians of the Galaxy mag anyway). --acotilletta

Lady Deadpool

Hey I noticed you changed the image for the profile page, although there was nothing wrong with the original image to begin with. This is the second time that you have done this, and I am not understanding why? It is my understanding that the images are to remain as they were unless you were adding a new costume pic or new character design or if the original image did not highlight the character (meaning that there was other charactes, body parts or posibility word bubbles in the pic). This was not the case in either event. I also thought when a new character design or custume is added the old image just moves to and in-line image. I think it was addressed a while ago about changing images just because you are not agreement with it.--ohitsme 09:00, 22 April 2010 (CDT)

Actually, I explained why I changed the main image for the profile (read inside the parenthesis). You may not think there was anything wrong with the picture, but there was. The background image(s) should be faded out a bit, so the foreground image stands out. When you place pictures on here, sometimes you fail to do that and the image looks like a mess. As in the case with Death Ninja, the main image was distorted. The foreground pic was placed at a weird angle and the tips of the swords were non-existent. You may think it looks good, but I'm not of the same opinion. In the same respect, if I don't think the main image is good enough for that, I wouldn't move it to an inline pic as it still has the same problem. I have had an image or two changed by others on the website when I failed to represent the character in a way they thought it should be represented, and I tried to learn from my mistakes. You shouldn't get insulted because I'm mainly looking to keep the site as professional looking as possible, and I have changed many others images for other characters you had nothing to do with. I can't say I will stop adjusting images I feel can be improved upon because chances are, I probably won't. If you would rather me let you know when one of your images are questionable for me, so you can have the chance to update it before I do, I can do that. -- acotilletta

I would definitely appreciate it if you were to inform me of problems or potential problems, and I will make the necessary corrections. Because it would be very easy for me to say that I am not fun of the images that you put up, which I am not, but it is not for me to change them because I do not care for the way they are formatted. --ohitsme 10:31, 22 April 2010 (CDT)

Which images would those be and why is that, if you would be so kind to explain yourself about the formatting? I upload almost everything in the 442 X 442 area as I was told to do so. acotilletta

Hey acotilletta2, first of all congratulations on becoming an Editor. I have a few questions for you, under categories I noticed that there is a category listed as Demon, is this an official listing? If so should it be listed in plural form? One other question is the Kree category official as well? I noticed that some of the links in a few of the categories are not opening up correctly? Is this because of transitional glitches or something all together different? Oh yeah, good work on the Hulk category. --Ohitsme 21:03, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for the acknowledgment. I was very surprised and flattered with the moderator status. To answer your question, there are some categories (I think they show in red) which are not official categories - at least to my knowledge. Even before I made the Hulk category, I got permission to do so, but as far as the other categories go, I'll ask for you because if they aren't supposed to be there some clean up is in order then. I don't see why they couldn't be, but I'm still new (in this position) and I don't want to set something in stone without getting the okay first. acotilletta

Thank you, I will wait to hear back from you. --Ohitsme 22:17, 30 April 2010 (UTC)
