Uncle Pyko, the intellectual tortoise in the employ of Judson Jakes, had invented many diabolical creations to plague Rocket Raccoon and the Loonies of Halfworld. Some of his most feared are the Killer Clowns, and the dreaded Drakillars. However, one invention intended to do more harm than good actually ended up saving the day when Jakes' business competitor, Lord Dyvyne, unleashed a force of pure destruction upon Halfworld. The Red Breath, sent to erase Dyvyne's enemies, was eradicated just before eliminating Rocket Raccon and Blackjack O'Hare as a group of Killer Clowns rode in on Vacuusleds and mistakenly sucked it out of existence.
