Xemnu is an intergalactic criminal and apparently the last of his kind. Arriving on Earth after escaping a penal planet, he first attempted to subjugate small towns to his will before moving on to grander attempts at conquering the world, such as posing as a television character while secretly emitting his mind-control powers over the viewers. He was chased off of Earth by the Hulk and other heroes of the planet. Twice he encountered the Hulk's cousin She-Hulk in space only to be defeated by her as well. He later became a pawn of the genocidal Ultron via the Phalanx transmode virus. His condition and whereabouts after Ultron's defeat are unknown.
