Currently, there are approximately 3 billion Zen-Whoberians living in the Milky Way Galaxy. However, the Titian Thanos once traveled 2 decades into an alternate future where the peace-loving Zen-Whoberians were exterminated by the Universal Church of Truth for refusing to convert to their religious doctrines. Thanos rescued the infant Gamora, the sole survivor of her race in this alternate timeline, and brought her back to his native era, prior to the Zen-Whoberi massacre.
