Wolverine and the X-Men Debut Trailer
The first, official trailer for Marvel's upcoming animated series, "Wolverine and the X-Men," is here! Packed with more mutants than you can shake a stick at, check out what's in store for a world in which Professor X has been taken out and Wolverine must lead the X-Men into a very uncertain and dangerous future!

:hawkeye: i hate the title "Wolverine and the X-MEN." Wolverine should not be singled out...and the drawings are too kiddish and imature, nothing like the original series. Dissapointed.

Looks interesting, and if you go back and watch the 90's cartoon the art is much worse. Im glad they're putting all the low tier and less known characters from the 90's in though.

I'm kinda disappointed too.... I liked the 90's Art better, but this modern computer style's still fine with me... But I don't like this series messing up marvel history like this...I know, I know...probably different universe...and of course they have to introduce the sentinals and all to the kids that are new on this....... doesn't make it feel any better to me... STILL...I could cope with that...just give me some new marvel animated But what's really WRONG with this one is - as HenRoc already said - "".... Ok, so everybody likes Wolverine......so let'em like our Mr. Bad-Guy, but Cyke's the Leader of What's wrong with that?! Nobody ever had a problem with that fact, not even the ones who thought him a Pµ$$%! I know, now it's already made, my commentary won't change $&#?. But I had to say it!

theres nothing wrong with the title. wolverine is the most known x-man of all and he is known for his leadership capability. he shud have got the leadeship long back.

But cyclops (as much as I hate him) is the leader by character, without leadership he is not cyclops. Singling out wolverine is just letting everyone know that wolverine is the end-all be-all of mutants and will always be that way. Im sorry, but the clawed canadian is way overrated and will always be. He has his own movie coming out; that should be enough for you guys, drop his name from the title, it's not his team. If anything it should be Xavier and the X-men. I'd be all for that. Stick to the x-men movies (which regardless of being called 'X-men' centered around Wolverine more than anyone), your endless origin comics and upcoming origin movie, your clones (x-23 et-all), and X-force. Give someone else the spotlight for once!

They need to hire the team that did the japanese Xmen intro. I thought everyone already figured out when it comes to animation it's best left to the japanese!

Actually consindering it's going to show on nickoloedon with the Iron Man cartoon the art direction is perfect. And the only reason they are playing up Wolverine as leader is because of the X-Men Origin movies first one being wolverine and the sequel Magneto.

does anyone know if this series will be based off the original comics, ultimate universe, the movies, or is this a new take on the x-men all together? The thing I liked about the 90's series is that it tried to maintain some of the story lines of the comics that way when new readers came on board there were some story line similarities. That's how I got started on reading comics and the way the characters were portrayed in the 90's cartoon made the comics feel familar.

This slightly irritated me as well there is no need to have a childish drawing to this, and why is it we are involving Hulk in the x-Men. Though i am happy to see all my old favorites into this movie. All i can really say is i hope it is a well movie

I dont mind the animation, that is the way its always been with the other X-Men cartoons. I do however think that they should have used either the Astonishing X-Men or something like that. Wolverine is a soldier, not a leader. I'd even say he plays to the beat of his own drum, but that was a bonehead move based on popularity I'm sure. I'm a big X-Men fan, so I'll probably check it out.
