While on a plane in a distant country, Peter Parker finds himself in the midst of a heavy thunderstorm that causes his plane to crash. Peter ends up in the middle of an unchartered jungle amongst hostile natives and strange beasts. Now Spider-Man must do his best to keep the plane crew safe, while somehow finding a way to get them home in one-piece.
"The Onion Iron Mask and the Youth Detective Club": Professor Monster enlists the help of an old colleague named Dr. Miracle to eliminate Spiderman once and for all. While landing on earth, a member of the Youth Detective Club notices Dr. Miracle and decides to investigate further, but when Dr. Miracle turns the tables and attacks the children, Spiderman must swing into action and defeat the powerful foe.
In order to finally kill Spider-Man, the Kingpin hires the Insidious Six (Doctor Octopus, Scorpion, Chameleon, Shocker, Rhino and Mysterio) to take him down. Farley Stillwell also creates Neogenics, which starts taking away Spider-Man's strength. After losing his powers, Spider-Man is captured by the Insidious Six.
A cunning "cat" burglar is on a stealing spree and there seems to be no way to catch the elusive thief. Meanwhile, a movie premiere comes to town and the rich and famous all come to see the new attraction, only to find themselves in Pardo's trap! Using a mystical pet cat to hypnotize the audience, Pardo steals all their belongings, but what the villain doesn't know is that Peter Parker is in the theater. Spider-Man soon finds himself in a battle with Pardo and must stop the trickster before the fight spills out into the city!
"The Mummified Beauties of the Uncharted Amazon": Two mummies found in the Amazon are stolen from a research laboratory in Japan by the Iron Cross Army. Professor Monster and Amazoness plan on reviving the corpses and using them to create havoc in the city. But when a little boy stumbles across the bodies, he sends out a message that is heard by Takuya, who is also investigating the missing mummies. Spiderman jumps into action and finds himself facing the Amazon warriors along with Amazoness and a ferocious machine bem!
Spider-Man goes after the Hobgoblin after he attacks Aunt May and kidnaps Harry Osborn. He forms an alliance with Norman Osborn and unknowingly becomes allied with the Kingpin as well. After rescuing Harry, Spider-Man finds himself in an all-out no-holds-barred fight to the finish with the Hobgoblin.
When Peter's friend Jackie moves into an old abandoned house, a monstrous prehistoric plant is accidently unleashed on the city. It's up to Spider-Man to swing to action, yet his only hope for victory lies in the past... 3,000,000 years in the past that is. With the use of Professor Smithers' Time Machine, Spidey uncovers a world of hidden kingdoms and some awfully big surprises, but is it enough to save the present before it to becomes history ?
"Candid Camera Murder Incident": Nobuo and his mother are put in great danger after the young photography hoaxer finally captures a shot to die for. Nobody believes what he has to say at first, but when the pictures happens to pin a member of The Iron Cross Army to a murder scene, it's up to Spider-Man to clear the boy's name. Uncovering a plot to take over Japan using experimental "Scrap gas," Spider-Man not only has the Iron Cross Army testing his skills but also the corrupt dealings of a ruthless tycoon who will stop at nothing to see his plans played out.
Norman Osborn hires the the Hobgoblin to take out Wilson Fisk, but when he fails Osborn fires him. To get revenge on Osborn, Hobgoblin changes sides and kidnaps Norman's son, Harry, for the Kingpin.
An ancient magician frozen in time by a rival sorcerer is brought back to life in the present day by a deranged college professor. Bent on conquering the world, the resurrected magician creates chaos inside the university and around the city until Spider-Man shows up to save the day. Faced with powerful thousand year-old magic, Spider-Man must find a way to defeat one of the most powerful villains he's ever encountered.
"The Incredible Wild Girl Who Bullies Boys": Professor Monster orders the Iron Cross Army to capture a young girl possessing an amulet from Planet Spider after her pictures were published in a local newspaper. While reading that same newspaper, Takuya also notices the amulet and decides to approach the young girl. After learning her story and how she obtained the pendant, Spiderman must make sure that the Professor Monster and his Iron Cross Army will never get their hands on the prized amulet.
"The Sweet whisper of the enchantress": When Amazoness infiltrates the family of the city's top electrical engineer, it's up to Spider-Man to unmask her charade. As the Iron Cross Army plots to leave the city in Darkness Spider-Man must swing into action like never before. It's a dangerous game of cat and mouse after the engineer goes missing and his daughter Kyoko is left to keep his plans safe. While facing off against the powerful "Machine Bem Electric Worm" Takuya and Marveller must save the city before it's too late.
Spider-Man's latest caper takes the wall crawler far away from the familiar skyscrapers of New York City and into a dark realm of horrible monsters and menacing overlords. After picking up a disturbing distress call through his "Spider-sense" Spider-Man eagerly takes a state of the art jet-plane for a test drive over the ocean. It is here that Spidey finds the source of the mysterious message and decides to take on the evil "Dr. Manta," and his army of robotic insects to save a lost civilization from destruction.
Eddie Brock, now bonded with the symbiote costume and calling himself Venom, sets out to destroy Spider-Man. Now faced with a stronger foe that possesses the same abilities as him, Spider-Man must find a way to outwit and outmatch this menacing new villain and send the alien symbiote back to outer space.

''Fight On, Police Woman'': After breaking several traffic laws while chasing the Iron Cross Army, Takuya is placed under arrest and is sent to jail. While there, his cellmate escapes with the assistance of an Iron Cross Army machine bem. Spiderman digs deeper into the connection between the jailbreak and the army, only to find that they needed the convict for their plan to steal Cobalt X. Now Spiderman must make sure that Professor Monster can't get to the Cobalt X, or face the destruction of the city!
''Diamond Dust'': Museum robbers disguised as gorillas create a diversion by unlocking a zoo cage and stealing valuable items while the wild animals occupy the security. Spider-Man discovers the devious plan and corrals the freed animals in time to get to the bottom of the heist.
Spider-Man comes across an alien symbiote that attaches itself to him and forms a new black costume. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock accuses Spider-Man of stealing a valuable rock which was really stolen by the Rhino. Now Spider-Man faces a $1,000,000 bounty for his capture.
''Menace From The Bottom Of The World'': A criminal takes charge of subterranean molemen and uses them create sinkholes under bank buildings to steal all the money inside.
''Hurry, GP7! Stop the Time!'': The Iron Cross army hires Bomb Wolf to intimidate hi-powered businessmen and blow up their buildings if they don't comply with the Iron Cross Army's requests for money. When a young boy's father is caught in a detonation, Spiderman is reminded of his own father's death at the hands of the Iron Cross Army and vows to keep fighting the fight against the evil empire!
Spider-Man finds himself caught between Mariah Crawford, a doctor from Africa, and Kraven, a man who has stalked her all the way to America. An accomplished hunter, Kraven gained animal-like abilities when he ingested a cure to save his life, but the side effects are causing his behavior to be erratic and violent. Spider-Man works with Mariah Crawford to find a cure and save an innocent man and the people around him.
''Criminals In The Clouds'': Peter plans to use his super powers to become a star athlete for his high school's football team. He becomes a waterboy in hopes that it will lead to a spot on the team. But Peter's plans are disrupted when The Skymaster kidnaps the school's star quarterback and Spider-Man must take matters into his own hands.
''The Station Neighborhood Youth Detective Club'': After a group of children stumble across the Iron Cross Army's secret base, they are kidnapped and held captive. When Spiderman is approached by a local group of youth detectives for help, he leaps into action and fights to save the children and the inhabitants of the fated city!
J. Jonah Jameson hires a detective, Mac Gargan, to be transformed into a super hero to fight Spider-Man and names him the Scorpion. But Scorpion turns on his creators after he mutates and attempts to blow up a power plant. Now Spider-Man must clean up the mess that Jameson has created and stop Scorpion before he destroys the city.
''Farewell Comrade, My Beloved Shepherd'': The Iron Cross Army devises a plan to create viscous dogs that will hunt and defeat Spiderman. When Takuya runs into a boy whose dog has been abducted, he decides to help the boy find his missing friend. Spiderman realizes that the Iron Cross Army is behind the dog abductions and fights to save these beloved friends.
''Swing City'': A mad scientist takes control of a power station and uses it to energize his anti-gravity device. Now, Spider-Man must find a way to return the Scorpion to his normal size in order to save Jameson.
''Trick or Treachery'': The Fly Twins break into a vault and frame Spider-Man for the crime in the process. The villains implant a "fly tracer" on Spider-Man in order to monitor his whereabouts and continue to frame him while committing crimes in the city. After discovering that he has been tricked, Spider-Man sets out to clear his name and corners the Fly Twins at a fur storage warehouse for a final battle.
In order to pay off his debt to the crime boss known as the Kingpin, Norman Osborn hires Spencer Smythe to design a powerful robot called the Spider-Slayer to capture and destroy Spider-Man. Spider-Man manages to defeat the machine along with Spencer Smythe in a massive exposion...or did he?
''A School of Love for Children Without Homes'': The Iron Cross Army is luring young men into casinos that they've set up around the city to corrupt their minds and take their money. When Goro, a former orphan steals the deed of his old orphanage to make one last bet and loses, Spiderman must get involved. Now he must face Machine Bem Sorceress Beast in order to get rid of the Iron Cross casinos and get the deed back!
''To Catch A Spider'': Dr. Noah Boddy releases Electro, the Green Goblin, and the Vulture from prison to get back at Spider-Man. All three disable Spider-Man's powers and arrange to meet at midnight at the docks. But Spider-Man is one step ahead as he starts his plan to pit them against each other.
''Double Identity'': The villain Charles Cameo commits a crime while disguised as Peter Parker and encounters Spider-Man at the scene of the crime. Spider-Man fails to capture the master of masquerade and has no way of knowing who Cameo will impersonate next. Luckily, Cameo's hubris gets the best of him as he poses as Spider-Man and encounters the real Spider-Man, initiating a doppelganger showdown!
Peter's science teacher, Dr. Curt Connors, transforms himself into the Lizard while attempting an experiment to regenerate his missing limb. Consumed by the animal instincts of the Lizard, Dr. Connors terrorizes the city and becomes a hunted man. When Spider-Man discovers that his teacher is in fact the monster he has been trying to capture, he must find a cure before Dr. Connors' transformation becomes irreversible.
''Fountain of Terror'': Peter discovers that Dr. Connor is missing and travels to Florida to investigate. He encounters Cliventon, and chases him along with Billy Connor to his hideout where they find the doctor. Now, they must work as a team to defeat Cliventon and save the doctor!
''Fiddler on the Loose'': The Fiddler kidnaps Flintridge's band, a popular music group. Spider-Man rushes to prevent the Fiddler from destroying the Flintridge's music and get them back on the airwaves.
''Tears of a Dark Fate for a Father and a Daughter'': Professor Monster is weakening after living for 400 years and needs live human blood in order to renew his life energy and live for another 400 years. Amazoness sends out Skeleton Beast to hunt live humans and harvest blood. They kill a father and leave his daughter blind. When Spiderman hears about the story, he goes to visit the girl who eventually leads him to Professor Monster himself!
''The Terrible Triumph of Dr. Octopus'': Spider-Man fails to prevent Dr. Octopus from stealing Dr. Smarter's nullifier. Afer some investigation, Spider-Man tracks down Dr. Octopus, but the evil villain has a devious trap waiting for the webslinger.
''Magic Malice'': The Green Goblin escapes Spider-Man as he steals Blackwell's magic secrets. With his new array of magic tricks, the Goblin goes on a stealing spree around the city. Now Spider-Man must enlist the help of Blackwell to apprehend the magical menace!
''Father's Love Sparkles in the Sky'': Tsuda, an undercover investigator from Interpol's Intelligence Department stumbles across an Iron Cross Army training sessio and is captured and tortured. Meanwhile, Spiderman meets a young painter who seems to have recently lost both his Mother and Father. While investigating an anonymous tip, Spiderman finds Tsuda and saves him from the Iron Cross Army and finds out that this man is actually the young painter's father!

''The Vulture's Prey'': The Vulture abducts J. Jonah Jameson and ties him dangerously close to a large pendulum in order to lure Spider-Man in the open. Now, Spider-Man must risk his life to save the one man set on destroying his reputation.
''The Dark Terrors'': The Phantom is casting shadowy figures around the city to commit crimes. Spider-Man encounters one of the mysterious figures when Betty is attacked and must find a way to capture and defeat a villain he can't touch.
''Riddle: Calling the Riddle of My Secret Birth'': A young girl possessing psychic abilities is targeted by the Iron Cross Army so that they could learn future events. Lucky for the young psychic, she has hired Takuya (Spiderman) as her tutor and he has taken it upon himself to act as her protector. Spiderman must keep the Iron Cross Army away from the psychic not only to keep her from harm, but to prevent the Iron Cross Army from destroying the world.
''The Spider and the Fly'': A mysterious character called the Human Fly is toying with Spider-Man by leading him away from a site and then stealing jewelry at the site. Spider-Man must outsmart the Human Fly to get to the bottom of the fiasco.
''The Slippery Dr. Von Schlick'': Spiderman encounters a slippery villain named Dr. Von Schlick in the middle of a fire. After losing him a second time while trying to prevent a barge from sinking, Spider-Man has no option but to stop this menace once and for all.
''Phantom Boy and a Village that Doesn't Exist on a Map'': A strange boy enters Takuya's life and claims to know his secret identity. The boy leads Spiderman to a hidden village where he pleads for help to save his sister. After encountering some hostile villagers, Spiderman discovers that this was no oridnary rescue. The boy's sister is being held captive by the Iron Cross Army!

"Spider-Man Meets Doctor Noah Boddy": J. Jonah Jameson is framed for burglary by an invisible man. Now, Spider-Man must figure out how to defeat a foe he can't see in order to save his boss.
"The Fantastic Fakir": Spider-Man encounters a Fakir with mystical powers as he uses magic to steal precious stones. Spider-Man must defeat the Fakir and retrieve the jewels before the Maharaja returns.

"The Revenge of Dr. Magneto": A disgruntled scientist uses magnetism to destroy parts of the city in order to gain recognition and fame. Spider-Man must race to prevent each catastrophe before the city is destroyed.
"The Sinister Prime Minister": The Prime Minister of Rutania is held captive and replaced by an impostor in order to steal gold intended to help fight poverty. Now, Spider-Man must free the real Prime Minister in order to make things right.
'Dedicate the Song of the Powerless Brave to My Father'': The Iron Cross Army suspects Spiderman's secret identity and uses it to kidnap his closest friends and family. To confirm their suspicions, the Iron Cross Army tries to force Takuya to change into Spiderman while in public. Now,without being able to change into Spiderman, Takuya must try to save his friends and family before it's too late.

"Skull Gang VS. The Devil's Hearse"
When a motorcycle gang encounters the Iron Cross Army, Professor Monster decides to take their leader captive and turn him into a machine bem. When Spiderman is approached by the gang leader's father for help, he tries to reunite the father and son.
"The One-Eyed Idol": A mysterious idol appears at the Daily Bugle and forces J. Jonah Jameson to hand all his money over. Spider-Man must solve the mystery and defeat the culprits before they claim more victims.
"Fifth Avenue Phantom": The Phantom and his robots have burglarized a famous department store using shrink rays. Now Spider-Man must locate the stolen items and bring the Phantom to jail.
"Transformation To A Splendid Murder Machine"
A lovesick model is tricked into getting a chip implanted into her brain by Amazoness in order to win back her old flame. Now, Amazoness has complete control over her and Spiderman must stop her before she assassinates enemies of the Iron Cross Army.
"Horn Of The Rhino"- The Rhino is collecting pieces of a top secret military weapon in order to use it to control the world. Now, Spider-Man must intercept the Rhino before he collects all the pieces of the weapon.
"Kilowatt Kaper": Electro escapes from prison and Spider-Man sets out to put him back behind bars
"The Peril of Parafinor": An escaped prisoner hides out in Parafino's Wax Museum. To recapture the convict, Spider-Man must enter the Wax Museum and fight Parafino.
