J. Jonah Jameson hires a detective, Mac Gargan, to be transformed into a super hero to fight Spider-Man and names him the Scorpion. But Scorpion turns on his creators after he mutates and attempts to blow up a power plant. Now Spider-Man must clean up the mess that Jameson has created and stop Scorpion before he destroys the city.

Spider-Man finds himself caught between Mariah Crawford, a doctor from Africa, and Kraven, a man who has stalked her all the way to America. An accomplished hunter, Kraven gained animal-like abilities when he ingested a cure to save his life, but the side effects are causing his behavior to be erratic and violent. Spider-Man works with Mariah Crawford to find a cure and save an innocent man and the people around him.

In order to pay off his debt to the crime boss known as the Kingpin, Norman Osborn hires Spencer Smythe to design a powerful robot called the Spider-Slayer to capture and destroy Spider-Man. Spider-Man manages to defeat the machine along with Spencer Smythe in a massive exposion...or did he?

Alistair Smythe, Spencer Smythe's son, builds 3 more Spider-Slayers to destroy Spider-Man and the people he holds responsible for his father's death.

As part of a personal vendetta a new villain in town, Mysterio, frames Spider-Man in order to tarnish his reputation and attempts to gain the status as the real hero of New York. Now, Spider-Man must foil Mysterio's plan and expose him for the villain he is!

"Trouble With Snow:" When a hi-voltage electric cable is accidentally cut, it falls into a toxic lake and onto a snowman. This uncanny series of events brings the snowman to life and creates an unstoppable monster made of snow. The monster rampages through the city and accumulates more and more snow, becoming a huge and terrible force that Spider-Man must find a way to destroy! "Spider-Man Vs. Desperado:" Spider-Man encounters a flying cowboy on an electric horse. As he follows the intriguing character, Spider-Man witnesses the kooky cowboy perpetrate a bank heist and goes on a wild ride to round-up... the Desperado!

Spider-Man comes across an alien symbiote that attaches itself to him and forms a new black costume. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock accuses Spider-Man of stealing a valuable rock which was really stolen by the Rhino. Now Spider-Man faces a $1,000,000 bounty for his capture.

Spider-Man's mutation is getting worse and causes four additional arm to grow on his body. As Morbius's rampage continues, the Punisher comes to New York to deal with the mutating Spider-Man, blaming him for the attacks that Morbius is perpetrating.

Dr. Curt Connors is set to study the Tablet of Time, a recently discovered ancient artifact that is said to restore a person's youth. Dr. Connors believes that it can cure Spider-Man's mutagenic transformations with the tablet. But before he can study it, Silvermane steals the tablet and sends Spider-Man and Dr. Connors into a race to take it back.

In addition to dealing with his best friend taking his girl out on the town, Spidey has to battle both Blade and Morbius. With the frenzied vampire hunter after the misunderstood living vampire and innocents caught in the cross-fire, Spider-Man has his work cut out for him!

The vampire hunter Blade arrives in New York to destroy Morbius, but instead of killing him Spider-Man wants to revert Morbius back into his human form. When Spider-Man reveals that Morbius is the victim of a Neogenic Recombinator experiment gone awry, Blade decides to destroy the equipment. But before he can, Morbius steals it giving him the power to turn anyone into a vampire!

Silvermane has possession of the Tablet of Time and plans to use it to restore his youth. He sends Tombstone to kidnap Dr. Connors to figure out how to channel enough energy for the tablet to work. Meanwhile, Kingpin sends Hammerhead to kidnap Alicia Silver as a bargaining chip to get his wife back from Silvermane. With a war between the two titans of the underworld about to explode, Spider-Man must find a way to save all the hostages while making sure the Tablet of Time is returned to the right hands.

When Norman Osborn attempts to take over Toomes Aeronautical, Adrian Toomes, using the Tablet of Times to steal youth from anyone he touches, suits up as the Vulture to destroy Norman Osborn!

Peter's search for Mary Jane leads him to an evil cult led by a man called Baron Mordo, who wants to release his master, Dormammu, from another dimension. Spider-Man teams up with Doctor Strange and his sidekick Wong to rescue Mary Jane and take back the Wand of Watoomb from Baron Mordo.

Peter is on the brink of giving up the Spider-Man costume when he meets a mystic figure named Madame Web and his biggest fan, a little girl called Tyana. Meanwhile, Doctor Octopus returns and attacks Spider-Man with his new Octobot.

During Doctor Octopus' attack, Spider-Man loses his memory. Realizing the opportunity at hand, Doctor Octopus convinces Spider-Man to become his partner in crime. Luckily for Spidey, Tyana and a cabbie named Mousie witness the incident and hatch a plan to save their favorite super hero!

While developing a new gas for the Kingpin to use as a weapon, a mistake triggers an explosion and Norman Osborn disappears in the chaos. A new villain, The Green Goblin appears and kidnaps all of Osborn's enemies. As Spider-Man investigates the origin of this new villain, the evidence begins to point to only one person...Harry Osborn!

A group of thieves called the Rocket Raiders are perpetrating robberies across Manhattan. Meanwhile, one of Peter's students, Robert, gets in trouble with the law when some thugs ransack his mother's store. Fed up with the lack of safety, Robert becomes a vigilante known as the Rocket Racer and sets off to take on the Rocket Raiders.

Peter believes his luck is changing for the better when Richard Fisk, son of Wilson Fisk, hires him for a job. Things turn out to be too good to be true when Fisk frames Peter for a federal crime. Enter Peter's lawyer Matt Murdoch, also known as the vigilante Daredevil!

In the final stage on mutation, Spider-Man transforms into the Man-Spider. Dr. Mariah Crawford summons Kraven the Hunter to help her track down Spider-Man and cure him of his mutation with a newly developed antidote. At the same time, the Punisher seeks to destroy the monster.

Spider-Man teams up with Daredevil to confront the Kingpin and to clear Peter's name. With a new ally and the revelation that the Kingpin is in fact Wilson Fisk, Spidey sets off to tackle the Kingpin and his crew once and for all.

Against his wishes, the Kingpin transforms Alistair Smythe into a half-cyborg, half-mutant creature to become the Ultimate Spider Slayer. Bitter about the betrayal, Smythe turns on his former boss and goes on a vendetta to destroy all the people responsible for his father's death.

Robbie Robertson is losing his son Randy Robertson to a gang led by Tombstone, a thug that Robbie has history with. Tombstone promises to release Robbie's son if he kills Alicia Silvermane's news story.

The Venom symbiote returns to Earth and reunites with Eddie Brock. He is ordered by Dormammu to steal a machine from Stark Enterprises capable of releasing Dormammu from his dimension. When Venom battles Spider-Man and War Machine, he is easily defeated. He soon gets help from Cletus Kasady, who has bonded with another symbiote to turn into...Carnage!

Baron Mordo and Dormammu help Eddie Brock's cell-mate, Cletus Kasady, become the merciless villain known as Carnage. Dormammu uses Carnage to get himself into this world and the three set off to create chaos. Faced with more enemies than he can handle, Spider-Man turns to an old ally: Iron Man!

Ex-employee of Stark Industries, Dr. Jonathan Ohn, invents a portable interdimensional device that accidentally makes him a living embodiment of a portal. Calling himself the Spot, he tries to steal money to fund his research and his unstable invention creates a vortex that threaten to engulf New York.

The Green Goblin and the Hobgoblin clash over Dr. Ohn's Time Dilation Accelerator. Meanwhile, Peter and Mary Jane are celebrating Felicia Hardy's engagement to Jason Macendale when it is revealed that Macendale is in fact the Hobgoblin!

With the Time Dilation Accelerator, the Green Goblin trails Spider-Man and discovers his secret identity. Insane and equipped with the newly found information, The Green Goblin kidnaps Mary Jane Watson and takes her to the George Washington Bridge. Spider-Man races to save Mary Jane, but will it be too late?

Still dealing with the loss of Mary Jane, Spider-Man's friend Robbie is framed of a crime. Spider-Man works with J. Jonah Jameson to clear his name.

Doctor Octopus attempts to blackmail the Hardy family with his knowledge of their ties to the legendary burglar known as The Cat. However, Doctor Octopus is coerced into helping the Kingpin, who also has plans for The Cat, namely kidnapping him from his cell in S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters and forcing him to reveal his knowledge of the Super Soldier formula that created Captain America!

With the super soldier serum in hand, Kingpin successfully tests it on Felicia Hardy, The Cat's daughter. Now the superpowered Black Cat, Felicia teams up with Spider-Man to rescue her father and stop Kingpin from using the serum for his own ends.

After Dr. Crawford is mutated into a monster, Spider-Man and Black Cat team up with Kraven to help her. Meanwhile, Dr. Curt Conners races to find an antidote.

Alistair Smythe, currently working as Silvermane's top scientist, kidnaps the Black Cat. He then bribes Spider-Man into capturing the Scorpion or the Vulture in exchange for her release, and plans to use their DNA to restore Silvermane's true physical appearance!

While hunting a vampire in Eastern Europe, Blade discovers that Morbius is still alive. Meanwhile, Mirium, flies to New York to seek out the Neogenic Recombinator. Spider-Man, Black Cat, Morbius, Blade and others must try to stop Mirium before she turns everyone into vampires.

Harry Osborn begins to lose his mind and takes on the cowl of the Green Goblin. Meanwhile, Anna Watson suspects that Peter Parker is behind the disappearance of Mary Jane and asks the Punisher to locate her daughter. Spider-Man is faced with the task of stopping Harry without harming him while eluding the merciless Punisher!

Mary Jane finally gets her big break in recreating the movie role made famous by an actress, named Miranda Wilson. But when Mary Jane starts hearing her father's voice, she finds herself trapped in the catacombs below Wonder Studios in the clutches of a vengeful Miranda. To save Mary Jane, Spidey must team up with one of his greatest enemies...Mysterio.

Peter proposes to Mary Jane and asks Doctor Connors to walk Mary Jane down the isle. But before they could celebrate, a group of Lizard-Men attack and bring them down into the sewers. Spider-Man finds himself in the battle of his life as he fights the Lizard-King and his horde of minions!

Hobbie, a man with a troubled past, is released from prison with the help of Wilson Fisk and seeks to get revenge on his former boss, Iceberg. Fisk allows Hobbie to use a special suit to give him super-human powers as the Prowler, but with one caveat: that if he removes the suit, it will detonate!

Peter and Mary Jane are getting ready for their wedding but their plans are interrupted when the Scorpion kidnaps Aunt May. To make matters worse, Harry Osborn shows up as the Green Goblin at the wedding with the intent of marrying Mary jane before Peter does. With a little help from Black Cat and the Mega-Slayer (controlled by Kingpin), Spidey may just get through his wedding day unscathed!

Keane Marlow, an old friend of Uncle Ben, reappears in Aunt May's life and is introduced to Peter Parker. Peter discovers that his parents were involved in international espionage and sets out to investigate at the S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters. Meanwhile, the Kingpin and Herbert Landon hire the Insidious Six to retrieve a mysterious item called the Doomsday Device. The first step of the plan: to break Chameleon out of the S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters!

Spider-Man goes head-to-head with the Kingpin and the Insidious Six and is rendered unconscious. With Spider-Man in shackles, Kingpin reveals his plans to use the Doomsday Device but is interrupted when Silver Sable and the Wildpack burst into the scene!

Peter and Robbie meet Omar Mosley, a former sidekick to the Black Marvel, who recounts the origins of Captain America and the Six American Warriors. Meanwhile, the Kingpin sends the Insidious Six to hunt all the remaining members of the Six America Warriors and take the rings they used to activate their super powers. Learning that the rings will be used to active the Doomsday Device, Spider-Man goes on a mission to intercept the Insidious Six!

Kingpin and the Insidious Six battle against Spider-Man and the Six Forgotten Warriors for possession of the last ring that will activate the Doomsday Device. With things looking bleak for the heroes, Silver Sable and the Wildpack arrive just in time to witness the release of Captain America and the Red Skull from the vortex they've been trapped in for fifty years!

The Red Skull's son Rhienholdt Kragov, is transformed into a super villain with the power to control electricity by the Doomsday Device. He names himself Electro and sets off to control all the world's electricity supply. Realizing the severity of the situation, Spider-Man along with Captain America and the Six Forgotten Warriors team up to contain the powerful new villain!

Peter Parker and Mary Jane's honeymoon at Niagara Falls turns into a harrowing situation when MJ's ex-boyfriend, Hydro-Man, reappears! Overcome by jealousy, Hydro-Man kidnaps MJ and takes her to a nearby water factory while Spider-Man races to find their location. Luckily, he has the help of an old friend...the Black Cat!

With the emergence of Mary Jane's hydro powers still a mystery, Spider-Man follows Hydro-Man to an underwater lab and discovers that this Mary Jane is actually a clone!

Madame Web and the Beyonder transport Spider-Man to an alien planet where no evil exists. As a test, the Beyonder introduces evil into the planet and tasks Spider-Man with choosing a team of super-heroes to fight alongside him against the growing evil in the once peaceful planet.

Spider-Man, along with Iron Man, Captain America, the Lizard and Storm teleport the Black Cat to the alien planet where she reveals her origin. As the villains grow stronger, Spider-Man and his new allies gather the rebels of the alien planet and prepare for an all out attack against the evil forces plaguing the planet!

Spider-Man and his newly formed team of heroes travel to New Latveria and find a civilization ruled by a just and fair Doctor Doom. While there, Doom offers Ben Grimm a device that allows him to switch from his Thing form to his human form and gains his trust. However, Reed is unconvinced and begins an attack against the Latverian ruler but is stopped by Doom's robots, and is held for treason along with the rest of the heroes. Left with no choice, Spider-Man and the Thing launch a campaign to free their friends only to find that Doom has gained new powers.. the Beyonder's!

In the last episode of the series, Spider-Carnage uses the time-dilation accelerator to construct a disintegration dimensional portal which he plans on using to destroy all of reality. To stop him, the Beyonder sends Spider-Man to the Armored Spider-Man reality where he finds his Uncle Ben alive and well. Realizing the impact Uncle Ben had on his own life, he asks Uncle Ben to reason with the Peter Parker in Spider-Carnage. Plus, don't miss a special cameo from legendary creator Stan Lee!

Peter's science teacher, Dr. Curt Connors, transforms himself into the Lizard while attempting an experiment to regenerate his missing limb. Consumed by the animal instincts of the Lizard, Dr. Connors terrorizes the city and becomes a hunted man. When Spider-Man discovers that his teacher is in fact the monster he has been trying to capture, he must find a cure before Dr. Connors' transformation becomes irreversible.

Eddie Brock, now bonded with the symbiote costume and calling himself Venom, sets out to destroy Spider-Man. Now faced with a stronger foe that possesses the same abilities as him, Spider-Man must find a way to outwit and outmatch this menacing new villain and send the alien symbiote back to outer space.

A new villain, The Chameleon, is impersonating other people through an image-inducing belt and plans to assassinate two major diplomats on the brink of signing an important peace proposal. But the Chameleon makes a misstep when he unwisely takes the appearance of Peter Parker while Spider-Man is around. Spider-Man battles his doppelganger to ensure that the peace treaty goes according to plan.

Norman Osborn hires the the Hobgoblin to take out Wilson Fisk, but when he fails Osborn fires him. To get revenge on Osborn, Hobgoblin changes sides and kidnaps Norman's son, Harry, for the Kingpin.

Spider-Man goes after the Hobgoblin after he attacks Aunt May and kidnaps Harry Osborn. He forms an alliance with Norman Osborn and unknowingly becomes allied with the Kingpin as well. After rescuing Harry, Spider-Man finds himself in an all-out no-holds-barred fight to the finish with the Hobgoblin.

In order to finally kill Spider-Man, the Kingpin hires the Insidious Six (Doctor Octopus, Scorpion, Chameleon, Shocker, Rhino and Mysterio) to take him down. Farley Stillwell also creates Neogenics, which starts taking away Spider-Man's strength. After losing his powers, Spider-Man is captured by the Insidious Six.

The Insidious Six unmask Spider-Man, but Dr. Octopus is convinced that the Spider-Man they unmasked is a fraud. Meanwhile, Kingpin kidnaps Silvermane and, using the Insidious Six, wages war with the top crime lords in the city.

Mary Jane's old boyfriend begins stalking her. He has a new ability to transform his body into water and is furious over Mary Jane's relationship with Peter Parker. As his rage builds up, Hydro-Man becomes more and more dangerous. Spider-Man swings into action to protect Mary Jane and defeat the jealous ex-boyfriend.

Spider-Man's progressing neogenic mutation is making him ill. He approaches Professor Charles Xavier to help him find a cure. In doing so he meets the X-Men but is disappointed to learn that Xavier does not 'cure' mutancy, and only teaches mutants how to control their abilities. But before Spider-Man leaves, Beast tells him about Dr. Herbert Landon who is working on a cure for mutants. Desperate for a cure, Peter Parker attends one of Landon's demonstrations only to find himself in a death match between himself, Wolverine and the Hobgoblin!

Wolverine catches up with Spider-Man, who is hot on the trail of the missing Hank McCoy. Later Hobgoblin steals the mutant technology that Dr. Herbert Landon had prepared for the Kingpin. Spider-Man and Wolverine follow him and discover Beast's location as well as the plot to destroy all mutant-kind; the two team up and rescue Beast from becoming the first test subject of Landon's plot. But when Landon accidentally falls victim to his own experiment he is changed into a giant monster that feeds on electrical energy.

Spider-Man's mutation is now turning him into a monster. Luckily for Peter, Dr. Mariah Crawford has developed a possible cure for the disease. But before the cure could be implemented, Morbius steals a sample of Peter's blood. While experimenting on the sample, a vampire bat bites Morbius and causes a mutation that will change him forever.

Unaware that absorbing Spider-Man's youth would also absorb his DNA, the Vulture begins to mutate in the Man-Spider. Growing weak from the rapid aging, Spider-Man seeks help from Dr. Connors to find a cure. Meanwhile, the Scorpion is back in town and kidnaps Dr. Farley Stillwell to find a cure for his own mutation.

Debra Whitman and Clay Marks locate Morbius and bring him to ESU to work on a cure. At the same time Herbert Landon and the Shocker are hired by the Kingpin to capture Morbius in an effort to unlock the secret to immortality. The Black Cat hears of the news and teams up with Spider-Man to stop the Kingpin and make sure Morbius doesn't lose control.

Spider-Man battles the villain known as Doctor Octopus, who has kidnapped Felicia Hardy and J. Jonah Jameson for ransom. Spider-Man discovers that Doctor Octopus has a personal vendetta against Felicia's mother, Anastasia. Now, Spider-Man must find a way to put an end to the grudge and save two innocent lives.

Spider-Man is transported into another dimension by the Beyonder where he finds the Green Goblin and the Hobgoblin detonating a bomb in the Daily Bugle building. While chasing after the Goblins, Spidey is intercepted and attacked by Spider-Carnage. But before any damage could be done, the Beyonder transports Spider-Man to Madame Web's base where they reveal that there are five other Spider-Men in different dimensions, all trained to save reality from destruction!

When Spider-Man discovers that his black costume is a living organism, he decides to use it to get back the Prometheum X. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock's lies eventually leads to his firing when Jameson realizes that he's been duped. Spider-Man eventually removes the symbiote after fighting the Shocker, only for it to find a new host, Eddie Brock.
