Eddie Brock, alter ego of Venom, is separated from the Venom symbiote and Spider-Man agrees to retrieve it by acting as its host.
The Goblin returns and discovers that Spider-Man is Peter Parker. Spider-Man enlists him to break into a High Evolutionary building to retrieve his shuttle and return to regular Earth. In the process, the heroes are kidnapped by the Rejects, failed Beastials created by the High Evolutionary, who plan to offer them up in return for the lives of other Rejects.
X-51, a machine man and one of the High Evolutionary's operatives, refuses to hurt innocent people. He betrays the Evolutionary and decides to join the rebellion alongside Spider-Man and John Jameson but is now targeted for elimination by his fellow machine men.
A member of the rebellion against the High Evolutionary, Git Hoskins, steals a bomb and threatens to blow up the Counter-Earth New York. The rebellion and the Beastials are forced to team up to get it back before both humans and Beastials die.
"Down to Earth": Peter Parker is sent out by the Bugle to take photos of the giant meteor that recently crashed. He soon finds himself tied up as Green Men creep out of the South Pole caves to sacrifice the meteor to their Geyser God! Can Spider-Man make it through the cave creatures and man-sized Venus Fly-traps to prevent the Green Men from sacrificing the meteor and plunging Earth into Intergalactic Terror?
Spider-Man meets the Counter-Earth version of The Green Goblin, a hero who mistakes Spider-Man for a villain. Spider-Man realizes the kidnapper of Dr. Naoko Yamada-Jones isn't the Goblin. The two team up to save her and stop a plan by her kidnappers responsible for the green Bio-Mass: Venom and Carnage.
"Specialists and Slaves'": The Radiation Specialist is out of prison with a dastardly new plan to take over Manhattan! By luring Spider-Man out of the city with a runaway car, the Specialist uses Manhattan's only active Nuclear Reactor to take over the city, causing it to rise out of the Hudson River into the sky and turn New Yorkers into his Spider-Man hunting slaves!
"Rollarama": While snooping around Professor Carl Von Lutz's abandoned house, Peter Parker and Sue unwittingly unleash a Giant Expanding Roller Ball that threatens the free world! Spider-Man wanders into the world of the plant-like humanoids known as The Vegio to find the device that can shrink the ball back down to size. Can Spider-Man "plant one on 'em" in time to stop the Rolling Ball of Destruction from colliding with a missile silo?
''Up From Nowhere'': Dr. Atlantean, the Gilled Menace of the Seven Seas strikes Manhattan, displaying his "Sweet Tune of Destruction" by submerging Manhattan and causing earthquakes. While developing a new gas for the Kingpin to use as a weapon, a mistake triggers an explosion and Norman Osborn disappears in the chaos. "Super Swami": While napping after a long night on patrol, Spider-Man wakes up to an unprecedented illusion! A floating Eye, firing beams of fire, causes blizzards in the heat of summer and bridges and tunnels to disappear, all caused by Coga the Great Super Swami of Storms! How will our favorite Wall-Crawler escape the Swami's Snow Globe of Doom to save Manhattan? "The Birth of Micro Man": Peter Parker unwillingly helps the fugitive Micro Man get away from prison. Realizing his mistake, will Spider-Man be able to survive his shrink ray to put an end to the Kingdom Come Machine?
"Farewell to the Mystery of the Zero:" When the Iron Cross Army attempts to get their hands on the plans for a super secret engine from World War II it's up to Spiderman to stop them. There's no time for napping in this episode as Amazoness goes after the grandson of an old scientist. Plenty of web-slinging ensues as Spiderman battles hippies and henchmen in attempt to prevent the Iron Cross Army from unleashing their newest Machine Bem monster upon the world.
Wolverine catches up with Spider-Man, who is hot on the trail of the missing Hank McCoy. Later Hobgoblin steals the mutant technology that Dr. Herbert Landon had prepared for the Kingpin. Spider-Man and Wolverine follow him and discover Beast's location as well as the plot to destroy all mutant-kind; the two team up and rescue Beast from becoming the first test subject of Landon's plot. But when Landon accidentally falls victim to his own experiment he is changed into a giant monster that feeds on electrical energy.
"The Secret Emissary from Hell, the Enma Devil": An old man obsessed with the occult discovers that The Enma Devil has been resurrected from the dead and his son takes off to ask Spiderman for help. Meanwhile, Takuya senses that something is wrong after an unusual thunderstorm falls on the city and decides to investigate further. After finding the boy, Spiderman realizes that a great evil has been unleashed on the city and must somehow defeat the powerful being and keep it from killing the boy.
"The Sweet whisper of the enchantress": When Amazoness infiltrates the family of the city's top electrical engineer, it's up to Spider-Man to unmask her charade. As the Iron Cross Army plots to leave the city in Darkness Spider-Man must swing into action like never before. It's a dangerous game of cat and mouse after the engineer goes missing and his daughter Kyoko is left to keep his plans safe. While facing off against the powerful "Machine Bem Electric Worm" Takuya and Marveller must save the city before it's too late.
''Fight On, Police Woman'': After breaking several traffic laws while chasing the Iron Cross Army, Takuya is placed under arrest and is sent to jail. While there, his cellmate escapes with the assistance of an Iron Cross Army machine bem. Spiderman digs deeper into the connection between the jailbreak and the army, only to find that they needed the convict for their plan to steal Cobalt X. Now Spiderman must make sure that Professor Monster can't get to the Cobalt X, or face the destruction of the city!
