''Blueprint For Crime'': When Spider-Man foils a heist by the Plotter and his two lackeys Cowboy and Ox, the villains decide to capture Spider-Man. After discovering the plan, Spider-Man uses himself as bait and sets a trap that leads straight behind bars.

"Spider-Man Meets Doctor Noah Boddy": J. Jonah Jameson is framed for burglary by an invisible man. Now, Spider-Man must figure out how to defeat a foe he can't see in order to save his boss. "The Fantastic Fakir": Spider-Man encounters a Fakir with mystical powers as he uses magic to steal precious stones. Spider-Man must defeat the Fakir and retrieve the jewels before the Maharaja returns.

"The Revenge of Dr. Magneto": A disgruntled scientist uses magnetism to destroy parts of the city in order to gain recognition and fame. Spider-Man must race to prevent each catastrophe before the city is destroyed. "The Sinister Prime Minister": The Prime Minister of Rutania is held captive and replaced by an impostor in order to steal gold intended to help fight poverty. Now, Spider-Man must free the real Prime Minister in order to make things right.

''A School of Love for Children Without Homes'': The Iron Cross Army is luring young men into casinos that they've set up around the city to corrupt their minds and take their money. When Goro, a former orphan steals the deed of his old orphanage to make one last bet and loses, Spiderman must get involved. Now he must face Machine Bem Sorceress Beast in order to get rid of the Iron Cross casinos and get the deed back!

''The Origin of Spider-Man'': Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider and soon finds that he has gained the arachnid's amazing abilities. He learns that "with great power there must also always be great responsibility" after his Uncle Ben, husband of Aunt May, is murdered by a thief who he allowed to get away during a heist.

''Criminals In The Clouds'': Peter plans to use his super powers to become a star athlete for his high school's football team. He becomes a waterboy in hopes that it will lead to a spot on the team. But Peter's plans are disrupted when The Skymaster kidnaps the school's star quarterback and Spider-Man must take matters into his own hands.

''The Station Neighborhood Youth Detective Club'': After a group of children stumble across the Iron Cross Army's secret base, they are kidnapped and held captive. Their parents are threatened to keep quiet while Professor Monster and Amazoness set up plans to activate a massive fault line under the city, destroying everything in the vicinity. When Spiderman is approached by a local group of youth detectives for help, he leaps into action and fights to save the children and the inhabitants of the fated city!

''Diamond Dust'': Museum robbers disguised as gorillas create a diversion by unlocking a zoo cage and stealing valuable items while the wild animals occupy the security. Spider-Man discovers the devious plan and corrals the freed animals in time to get to the bottom of the heist.

"Farewell to the Mystery of the Zero:" When the Iron Cross Army attempts to get their hands on the plans for a super secret engine from World War II it's up to Spiderman to stop them. There's no time for napping in this episode as Amazoness goes after the grandson of an old scientist. Plenty of web-slinging ensues as Spiderman battles hippies and henchmen in attempt to prevent the Iron Cross Army from unleashing their newest Machine Bem monster upon the world.

The vampire hunter Blade arrives in New York to destroy Morbius, but instead of killing him Spider-Man wants to revert Morbius back into his human form. When Spider-Man reveals that Morbius is the victim of a Neogenic Recombinator experiment gone awry, Blade decides to destroy the equipment. But before he can, Morbius steals it giving him the power to turn anyone into a vampire!

"Trouble With Snow:" When a hi-voltage electric cable is accidentally cut, it falls into a toxic lake and onto a snowman. This uncanny series of events brings the snowman to life and creates an unstoppable monster made of snow. The monster rampages through the city and accumulates more and more snow, becoming a huge and terrible force that Spider-Man must find a way to destroy! "Spider-Man Vs. Desperado:" Spider-Man encounters a flying cowboy on an electric horse. As he follows the intriguing character, Spider-Man witnesses the kooky cowboy perpetrate a bank heist and goes on a wild ride to round-up... the Desperado!

"The Vanishing Doctor Vespasian:" A mad genius, Doctor Vespasian, discovers a breakthrough chemical that allows him to become invisible. Using his new power of invisibility, Doctor Vespasian goes on a bank robbing spree. Fed up with the unending string of robberies, the city asks Spider-Man for help.

''Up From Nowhere'': Dr. Atlantean, the Gilled Menace of the Seven Seas strikes Manhattan, displaying his "Sweet Tune of Destruction" by submerging Manhattan and causing earthquakes. Can Spider-Man spoil the plans of the deranged scientist bent on conquering the surface world or will he find himself walking the plank?

Spider-Man reaches his destination on Counter-Earth and finds out that John Jameson survived the crash. He has become a member of a rebellion fighting against the forces of the High Evolutionary, a figurehead who hates humans and creates animal-mutant hybrids called the Beastials.

Against his wishes, the Kingpin transforms Alistair Smythe into a half-cyborg, half-mutant creature to become the Ultimate Spider Slayer. Bitter about the betrayal, Smythe turns on his former boss and goes on a vendetta to destroy all the people responsible for his father's death.

The Venom symbiote returns to Earth and reunites with Eddie Brock. He is ordered by Dormammu to steal a machine from Stark Enterprises capable of releasing Dormammu from his dimension. When Venom battles Spider-Man and War Machine, he is easily defeated. He soon gets help from Cletus Kasady, who has bonded with another symbiote to turn into...Carnage!
