"The Night of the Villains": Spiderman fails to stop Blackbeard from stealing a treasure chest and Jesse James from robbing a bank. After tackling a Paris Executioner, Spiderman finds the villains are all wax robots created by Parafino. "Here Comes Trubble": Classical statues are coming to life and causing trouble in the city. After some investigating, Spider-Man discovers that Ms. Trubble has been conjuring up the legendary creatures to do her bidding.
''To Catch A Spider'': Dr. Noah Boddy releases Electro, the Green Goblin, and the Vulture from prison to get back at Spider-Man. All three disable Spider-Man's powers and arrange to meet at midnight at the docks. But Spider-Man is one step ahead as he starts his plan to pit them against each other. ''Double Identity'': The villain Charles Cameo commits a crime while disguised as Peter Parker and encounters Spider-Man at the scene of the crime. Spider-Man fails to capture the master of masquerade and has no way of knowing who Cameo will impersonate next. Luckily, Cameo's hubris gets the best of him as he poses as Spider-Man and encounters the real Spider-Man, initiating a doppelganger showdown!
''Swing City'': A mad scientist takes control of a power station and uses it to energize his anti-gravity device. Meanwhile, Peter Parker finally lands a date and must decide whether or not to break it to save the city. Suffice to say, Spider-Man understands that ''with great power, comes great responsibility.''
An ancient magician frozen in time by a rival sorcerer is brought back to life in the present day by a deranged college professor. Bent on conquering the world, the resurrected magician creates chaos inside the university and around the city until Spider-Man shows up to save the day. Faced with powerful thousand year-old magic, Spider-Man must find a way to defeat one of the most powerful villains he's ever encountered.
"The Twinkling Star of Twilight and the Youth Detective Club": A scientist makes a dangerous connection with the Iron Cross Army when he tries to sell his new breakthrough: a botulism bacteria capsule. When he goes too far and charges 100 billion yen for the capsule, the Iron Cross Army decide to paralyze him and take it by force instead. Witnessing the commotion, the scientist's niece contacts the Youth Detective Club to help her uncle and after bumping into Takuya gets Spiderman involved.
"Cold Storage:" Two diamond thieves have hatched a plan to freeze their stolen goods in ice in order to transport them into a different location. Underestimating the burglars, Spider-Man is knocked unconscious, bound and thrown in an absolute-zero freezer. Waking after being frozen, Spider-Man finds himself in a post-apocalyptic future full of hostiles and strange beasts.
In addition to dealing with his best friend taking his girl out on the town, Spidey has to battle both Blade and Morbius. With the frenzied vampire hunter after the misunderstood living vampire and innocents caught in the cross-fire, Spider-Man has his work cut out for him!
"Rollarama": While snooping around Professor Carl Von Lutz's abandoned house, Peter Parker and Sue unwittingly unleash a Giant Expanding Roller Ball that threatens the free world! Spider-Man wanders into the world of the plant-like humanoids known as The Vegio to find the device that can shrink the ball back down to size. Can Spider-Man "plant one on 'em" in time to stop the Rolling Ball of Destruction from colliding with a missile silo?
John Jameson turns into a creature that is half-man, half-wolf. To find a cure for John, Spider-Man has to break into the High Evolutionary's tower where he confronts an electric eel that is Counter-Earth's version of Electro, tasked with guarding the Evolutionary's tower at all costs!

However, Reed is unconvinced and begins an attack against the Latverian ruler but is stopped by Doom's robots, and is held for treason along with the rest of the heroes. Left with no choice, Spider-Man and the Thing launch a campaign to free their friends only to find that Doom has gained new powers.. the Beyonder's!
