I actually just tried the service, it doesn't officially launch till next month but there's a free comic already. Its nice but like you guys say, there's something about going to the store, making a selection and chatting with fellow readers. Unless its dirt cheap i'm doubtful it'll catch on........unless ....... they come up with a creative way to make it available, say the download codes to the digital comic if you buy the actual comic. Just an idea with holes i'm sure but its a starting point. Any comments or other ideas?

[quote@samkerby I own a psp, play it sometimes, but unless this was free...then no thank you. I'm not saying digital comics isn't a great idea, but like digital music, if I want to buy it, i'll buy the actual cd...or in this place, the actual comic, or tpb.[/quote] I buy digital music myself and like it better. I am not so sure about digital comics though. As the above pointed out, I don't think it's a bad thing, but unless it costs less and comes out at the same time as print comics I can't see myself buying many. The lack of ownership alone makes it a tough sell to me. I'm not a collector, but there is something about owning the comic, turning the pages and inspecting the art without a screen.Being a comic fan I'm willing to give it a shot at least once!
