Magneto brings Senator Kelly to a sunken ship to kill him, in hopes that a war between the mutants and humans will begin as a result. But when the Sentinels locate the senator, they abduct him and bring him to Master Mold who has begun to initiate a plan to replace all the minds of world leaders with computer chips. The X-Men race to save the Senator who eventually realizes that not all mutants are dangerous to the world.

"Night Of The Sentinels" Part 1 After being attacked by a group of robots known as the Sentinels, Jubilation Lee meets the X-Men, a group of super heroes aiming for peace between mutants and the rest of society.

When Professor X sends a mission to destroy the mutant registration files, things go terribly wrong and the X-Men must cope with the heavy price of fighting for mutant equality.

Magneto destroys a chemical plant to draw the X-Men away from their headquarters. While the X-Men are away, Sabretooth breaks away from his wrist bindings and captures Jubilee. But when Wolverine discovers his nemesis holding Jubilee captive, things escalate to a feverish pitch.

Wolverine flees to Canada to seek solitude in the Canadian wilderness. He finds peace among a group of Baffin Island Inuit, only to discover Sabretooth has been stalking him and has taken the people of the village captive, and plans to kill them all.

Using special power-preventing collars, Gambit, Storm, Jubilee and a host of other mutants are made to work as slaves in Genosha in order to complete a dam which will power a Sentinel factory. Gambit manages to escape and frees the rest of the mutants to stage an escape attempt against the sentinels.

A doctor at the Muir Island Mutant Research Center claims to have found a cure for the mutant gene and Rogue travels to the island in hopes of getting rid of her mutant abilities. But instead of a cure, Rogue finds that Apocalypse and Mystique are behind the experiments and are harvesting mutant powers. Now, the X-Men, along with Cable must race to the island to save their fellow team member before it's too late.

The immortal mutant Apocalypse turns mutants who journeyed to Muir Island seeking the fictitious cure into the Horsemen – Famine, Pestilence, War, and Death. The Horsemen start destroying everything across the planet and the X-Men must battle the horsemen to prevent further suffering.

A mutant named Bishop travels through time from 2055 AD to the present in order to stop a member of the X-Men from assassinating an important figure. But when he comes to the present he can't remember who the assassin is and turns to the X-Men for help.

The X-Men stop the time-traveling mutant named Bishop from shooting Gambit and travel to Washington after uncovering the Brotherhood's plans to assassinate Senator Kelly. There, the X-Men discover that Mystique has been posing as Gambit and is really the suspect that Bishop is after! Now, the X-Men must defeat Mystique and the Brotherhood in order to stop the chain of events that will lead to the desolate and violent future that Bishop came from.

As Jean Grey and Cyclops attempt to tie the knot, Mister Sinister uses a brainwashed Morph to lay traps to destroy the X-Men one by one. Meanwhile, Graydon Creed begins exterminating mutants in an attempt to rid humanity of all homo-superiors.

Mister Sinister and the Nasty Boys kidnap Cyclops and Jean Grey, while the X-Men battle Morph at the mansion. After finally defeating Morph, the X-Men arrive to Sinister's island and must fight the Nasty boys in order to free Cyclops and Jean.

The Shadow King lures Storm home to Mt. Kilimanjaro by 'possessing' her young spiritual son Mjnari. Rogue and Storm must travel to Africa to stop the Shadow King and find a way to lure him back into the Astral Plane.

Omega Red, the ultimate living weapon, is resuscitated by three corrupt generals who want to reclaim and rule the crumbling old Soviet empire. Colossus approaches the X-Men for help to save his country from these forces of tyranny. With the help of Darkstar and Colossus, the X-Men must defeat the seemingly unbeatable Omega Red and restore peace in Russia.

Vindicator and Alpha Flight capture Wolverine and demand to know the secret of his Adamantium skeleton. As Vindicator runs tests on Wolverine to try and replicate his indestructible skeleton, the members of Alpha Flight realize that the experiments are going too far and fight to release him. With an enraged Wolverine freed, Vindicator and Alpha Flight are in for a fight they will never forget.

Gambit is forced to return to his southern roots by an ancient tithe, an old family feud and the kidnapping of his brother, Bobby. Bella Donna of the Assassin's Guild uses the kidnapping to lure Gambit into her clutches and force him into completing the aborted marriage. It's 3999 AD. in New York City and Nate Summers, also known as Cable is leading a war against Apocalypse and his forces. But when a timestorm appears, Cable discovers that the past is being altered by the mutant known as Bishop and that these alterations will cause the destruction of the mutant race.

Cable comes to the present to stop Bishop and save his own future world. But after a one-sided fight against Bishop and the X-Men, Cable realizes that they might be too powerful to handle on his own. Looking for an alternative, Cable looks into the X-Men's history and discovers that Logan's healing factor may be the key to saving the future.

Former X-Man Bobby 'Iceman' Drake is caught breaking into a top-secret government installation. The X-Men are notified of the incident, free him and bring him back to the X-Mansion. While there, the X-Men discover that Iceman's longtime girlfriend, Lorna Dane was kidnapped. Unsure of what Iceman will do next, the X-Men place him in a temporary holding cell before he causes any more damage. Iceman breaks out of his restraints and goes back to the government installation to search for Lorna. What he finds will change him forever.

Sauron, a shape-shifting mutant, kidnaps Storm and brings her to the Savage Land in order to feed from her mutant energy. Separated from the rest of the X-Men, Storm is encouraged by Sauron to free her inner tempest of energy, awakening Garokk!

Garokk fuses with the island's volcano and the surging planetary force below it, bringing the island to the edge of destruction. However, he is unable to shake his distrust and eventually turns Corsair in. But something doesn't seem right, and Cyclops promptly realizes that he may have just made the biggest mistake of his life!

While exploring a New Mexico desert, Wolverine witnesses the crash of a spaceship carrying alien bug-like creatures who call themselves "The Family." Meanwhile, Rogue is reunited with her first boyfriend, Cody, only to discover that he is part of the Family's plot to have Rogue become their new leader.

Juggernaut's life is at risk when someone else uncovers the Ruby of Cyttorak and claims the powers of Juggernaut...to pick up girls. Faced with the dilemma of helping a dangerous man, Cyclops and Wolverine go on a mission to find the impostor and retrieve the source of Juggernaut's power.

Omega Red, the ruthless killing machine from the former Soviet Union and a sworn enemy of Wolverine, is thawed and sent two miles beneath the ocean to salvage a disabled, toxic nuclear submarine threatening to break up near Hawaii. His only condition: Wolverine and Storm go down with him as insurance. They soon learn that you can never trust Omega Red!

Weary of battling for mutant supremacy, Magneto offers to transport all mutants to an orbiting asteroid named Asteroid M where they can live peaceful and human-free lives. However, Fabian Cortez tricks Magneto into an escape pod and launches him into space. When the X-Men arrive to investigate Magneto's intentions, Cortez blames Magneto's disappearance on them and accuses them of assassinating their long-time foe!

As Magneto plummets helplessly to Earth, Fabian Cortez assumes control of Asteroid M and sends hundreds of missiles towards Earth. Meanwhile, Rogue goes to help the X-Men and tries to find a missing Gambit. Magneto frees himself and unleashes the fury of his powers to try and destroy both the missiles and Asteroid M...but will it be enough to save the Earth?

When Professor X suffers a slight concussion, his powerful psychic mind is suddenly open to manipulation. The Shadow King takes advantage of this and takes possession of Xavier, leaving his mind trapped on the Astral Plane. Now the X-Men must fend of the powerful psychic attacks created by the Shadow King while Jean Grey scrambles to find a way to bring Professor X Back to reality.

The day Morph rejoins the X-Men, terrorists attack a top-secret, high-tech weapons factory. Morph and Wolverine investigate and discover that the Sentinels are back and bent on destroying the mutants. Haunted by flashbacks of his previous encounter with the Sentinels, Morph is forced to face his fears to help the X-Men.

When Cyclops flies solo to a tiny desert community to see an old friend, his plane is blasted out of the sky. Injured and unable to use his powers, he struggles into town, only to discover his friend is missing. To make matters worse, the town is caught in the grips of a mutant-only, anti-human hate group: the Children of the Shadow. Without his powers, Cyclops is mistaken for a human and The Children of the Shadow hunt him down.

Gambit, Rogue, and Wolverine take a ski trip to Germany. While on the trip, Wolverine hears reports of a demon hiding in a local monastery and after investigating finds the mutant, Nightcrawler! Fearful of his appearance, the townsfolk attack and burn the monastery where he lives. The X-Men realize that they need to help the new mutant and set out to convince the townsfolk that mutantkind should not be feared.

Trevor Fitzroy and Bantam are ordered by Master Mold to travel back in time to 1959 and kill Professor X. This creates an "alternate present" where a human-mutant war has caused the fall of civilization. Led by Magneto, the mutants fight an unending battle with the humans for the right to survive. Bishop and Shard arrive to the alternate present and realize that they must attempt to go back in time to prevent Professor X's assassination and save the world!

Failing to stop the assassination of Xavier, Bishop, Shard, Storm and Wolverine travel forward to the future, a future changed that's been changed by their actions. The group find Forge's time travel machine only to find that it has never been tested, and Forge has no idea who these four time travelers are. Now faced with the possibility that they won't be able to repair the damage they caused, the heroes are left with little to no hope of saving the world.

Moira MacTaggert's son Kevin, also known as Proteus, is suffering from an uncontrollable mutation. Moira scrambles to find a cure while trying to hide the true identity of her son, but when he escapes from Muir Island she has no choice but to call on the X-Men for help.

When Proteus discovers that his deadbeat dad is a prominent politician, he storms the Union Hall to disrupt his father's speech to tell him that he is his son. Angered at his father's reaction, Proteus creates havoc, and becomes an unstoppable force even the X-Men can't contain. Now it's up to Professor Xavier to prevent Proteus from hurting himself along with everyone else.

Shortly after Magneto breaks into the X-Mansion,he is captured by the High Evolutionary and his New Men. Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Beast and Wolverine are also captured and used as test subjects. In the process, the High Evolutionary reveals that Magneto is Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch's father!

Nightcrawler gets a mysterious message that his estranged birth mother is in trouble. He turns to the X-Men for assistance, but things get complicated when the X-Men realize the true identity of Nightcrawler's birth mother!

Realizing that he is slowly losing control, Wolverine quits the X-Men and returns to the rural Japan of his younger days in an effort to find himself. He works peacefully with a former spiritual teacher, the monk Oku, to build a temple. But when the neighboring village is threatened by a group of bandits led by the Silver Samurai, Wolverine is faced with the difficult decision to risk losing control in order to help the villagers.

A cryptic postcard unleashes a flood of maddening and painful memories in Wolverine that threaten to drive him insane. To keep his mind from being torn apart, Wolverine and Beast travel to the one location that may hold the answers to his hidden past: the ruins of the top-secret Weapon X lab.

While the X-Men prepare for a festive Christmas celebration, Jubilee, Storm, and an extra grouchy Wolverine go last-minute shopping in Manhattan. But the jubilant mood quickly turns sour when the heroes find themselves in a race to save Leech, a member of the Morlocks.

In the year 3999, Apocalypse obtains Cable's time machine and uses it to go back in time. Accidentally falling in the axis of time, Apocalypse hires Mister Sinister to kidnap psychics all across the universe.

Bishop finds himself trapped in the axis of time while Apocalypse systematically kidnaps the most powerful psychics in the universe. Meanwhile, a mysterious new psychic joins the fight...Psylocke!

Cable embarks on a mission to find the X-Men and destroy Apocalypse's Lazarus Chamber. Using a time-machine, Cable and the X-Men travel back in time to ancient Cairo and discover that Apocalypse plans on using the kidnapped psychics to destroy all of time and recreate the universe.

As the true and terrifying nature of Apocalypse's final plan emerges, several in his band team up with the X-Men to stop him. With Bishop's help the psychics are freed and work together to destroy Apocalypse once and for all!

The X-Men are attacked by the Phalanx, a race of techno-organic aliens seeking to assimilate all life on earth. The alien Warlock allies with Beast, Forge, and Mr. Sinister to try and defeat the Phalanx.

The X-Men continue their battle with the Phalanx, a race of techno-organic aliens, while Warlock, Beast, Forge and Mr. Sinister try to put their minds together to find a way to defeat the aliens. Meanwhile, Magneto realizes that this might be his chance to see humanity fall and mutantkind to rule the earth.

Arkon comes to Earth and begs Storm to return with him to his planet and save it from meteorological chaos. After much pleading, Storm agrees, but leaves a clue for the other X-Men to follow. The X-Men soon find out that Arkon's reasons may not be as simple as they first seem!

The citizens of Arkon's planet prepare a huge celebration for his wedding to Storm. Meanwhile, after landing on the planet, the X-Men discover that Arkon is a ruthless tyrant with no compassion for his people. With the wedding just around the corner, the X-Men must find a way to convince Storm that the man she is marrying is not who she thought he was.

Apocalypse tasks Fabian Cortez with finding him a host body in order to escape the astral plane. Appearing at the wrong place at the wrong time, Jubilee is kidnapped by Fabian Cortez and is taken to the temple for the ceremony. But things don't go as planned when a very angry Beast catches up with the villain.

Jubilee and a group of school children are caught in a cave-in while touring a cave on Mansion property. To keep the kids calm, Jubilee tells a medieval fairy tale of knights, princesses, trolls and dragons that strangely resemble some of her fellow X-Men.

Flashback to World War II as Wolverine reminisces about his time in the service fighting alongside Captain America. A scientist has been kidnapped by the Red Skull and the two heroes must team up to infiltrate a Nazi base to save his life!

Professor Xavier receives a call for help from the parents of a new mutant, Sam Guthrie. The X-Men travel down South to visit the new mutant and find that an Army official is planning on using Sam to do his bidding!

In London, England's Victorian era, two scientists, Dr. James Xavier and Dr. Nathaniel Essex, hotly debate Charles Darwin's theory of natural selection. Essex believes mutants are the next genetic step forward and begins a bizarre experiment involving mutant evolution. The origin of Mr. Sinister is revealed, as Dr. Xavier attempts to stop Essex before he goes too far.

It's the final episode! At a Mutant/Human Relations Summit, Henry Peter Gyrich attacks and severely injures Professor Xavier with an energy disruptor. Meanwhile Magneto makes final preparations to take over the world with his mutant army, but on the eve of the invasion Cyclops, Wolverine, and Jean Grey infiltrate Genosha to tell Magneto that Xavier is dying. Magneto halts his plants out of respect to his long-time friend and joins the X-Men as they say farewell to their beloved mentor.

After the X-Men find the X-Mansion destroyed, Wolverine goes looking for the suspect, followed by Storm, Rogue and Jubilee. While on the search, the team encounters an unstoppable villain: Juggernaut!
