An ancient magician frozen in time by a rival sorcerer is brought back to life in the present day by a deranged college professor. Bent on conquering the world, the resurrected magician creates chaos inside the university and around the city until Spider-Man shows up to save the day. Faced with powerful thousand year-old magic, Spider-Man must find a way to defeat one of the most powerful villains he's ever encountered.

When Peter's friend Jackie moves into an old abandoned house, a monstrous prehistoric plant is accidently unleashed on the city. It's up to Spider-Man to swing to action, yet his only hope for victory lies in the past... 3,000,000 years in the past that is. With the use of Professor Smithers' Time Machine, Spidey uncovers a world of hidden kingdoms and some awfully big surprises, but is it enough to save the present before it to becomes history ?
Spider-Man's latest caper takes the wall crawler far away from the familiar skyscrapers of New York City and into a dark realm of horrible monsters and menacing overlords. After picking up a disturbing distress call through his "Spider-sense" Spider-Man eagerly takes a state of the art jet-plane for a test drive over the ocean. It is here that Spidey finds the source of the mysterious message and decides to take on the evil "Dr. Manta," and his army of robotic insects to save a lost civilization from destruction.
A cunning "cat" burglar is on a stealing spree and there seems to be no way to catch the elusive thief. Meanwhile, a movie premiere comes to town and the rich and famous all come to see the new attraction, only to find themselves in Pardo's trap! Using a mystical pet cat to hypnotize the audience, Pardo steals all their belongings, but what the villain doesn't know is that Peter Parker is in the theater. Spider-Man soon finds himself in a battle with Pardo and must stop the trickster before the fight spills out into the city!
It's a race against time for Spider-Man as the classic villain "The Mole" returns with a vengeance. With the buildings of New York disappearing one by one it's up to Spidey to save the day. Relying on his "Spider-hearing," to decipher a cryptic message, Peter Parker swings into action. This time it's an adventure below ground as Spider-Man must outrun a race of elves, outwit a subterranean rock giant and of course overcome the underground Kingdom of "The Mole People" before it's too late. While on a plane in a distant country, Peter Parker finds himself in the midst of a heavy thunderstorm that causes his plane to crash. Peter ends up in the middle of an unchartered jungle amongst hostile natives and strange beasts. Now Spider-Man must do his best to keep the plane crew safe, while somehow finding a way to get them home in one-piece.
''Diamond Dust'': Museum robbers disguised as gorillas create a diversion by unlocking a zoo cage and stealing valuable items while the wild animals occupy the security. Spider-Man discovers the devious plan and corrals the freed animals in time to get to the bottom of the heist.
While unwinding at a club, Peter Parker meets a girl named Carol who is surprisingly as interested in science as he is. After setting up a date, Peter decides to patrol the town as Spider-Man and stumbles upon a robbery perpetrated by...Carol! But things start to look fishy when Carol starts using the same spider powers as Spider-Man. Spider-Man follows her as she races back to their headquarters and discovers that they are from a distant civilization that crash landed one Earth and have been living underground waiting to be saved.
''Menace From The Bottom Of The World'': A criminal takes charge of subterranean molemen and uses them create sinkholes under bank buildings to steal all the money inside.
"Neptune's Nose Cone": When the Neptune missile sent to space for research fails during launch and crashes into the ocean, J. Jonah Jameson sends Peter Parker and a Daily Bugle journalist to cover the story. On route to the crash site, the Daily Bugle plane encounters a raging storm and are forced to crash land on a remote island. An indigenous tribe kidnaps the journalist, Penny, and Spider-Man must find her before it's too late.
''Criminals In The Clouds'': Peter plans to use his super powers to become a star athlete for his high school's football team. He becomes a waterboy in hopes that it will lead to a spot on the team. But Peter's plans are disrupted when The Skymaster kidnaps the school's star quarterback and Spider-Man must take matters into his own hands.
''Swing City'': A mad scientist takes control of a power station and uses it to energize his anti-gravity device. Meanwhile, Peter Parker finally lands a date and must decide whether or not to break it to save the city. Suffice to say, Spider-Man understands that ''with great power, comes great responsibility.''
''The Origin of Spider-Man'': Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider and soon finds that he has gained the arachnid's amazing abilities. He learns that "with great power there must also always be great responsibility" after his Uncle Ben, husband of Aunt May, is murdered by a thief who he allowed to get away during a heist.
"Thunder Rumble:" Things get dark and stormy for ol' Spidey as a fierce lighting storm reigns down on New York leaving the city easy pickings for criminals everywhere. Yet there may be more to these storms than meets the eye when the source of the lighting is revealed from beyond the stars. As the reach of the red planet mars readies it's ancient warriors for conquest, Spider-Man prepares for his biggest adventure yet. Small time criminals just may make it big in this classic episode.

''Sting of the Scorpion'': The Scorpion escapes prison to get back at Jonah Jameson and Spider-Man. The Scorpion breaks into Dr. Stillwell's lab and drinks a toxic potion that mutates him into a twenty-foot-tall giant. He captures Jameson and starts rampaging into the city. Now, Spider-Man must find a way to return the Scorpion to his normal size in order to save Jameson. ''Trick or Treachery'': The Fly Twins break into a vault and frame Spider-Man for the crime in the process. The villains implant a "fly tracer" on Spider-Man in order to monitor his whereabouts and continue to frame him while committing crimes in the city. After discovering that he has been tricked, Spider-Man sets out to clear his name and corners the Fly Twins at a fur storage warehouse for a final battle.
"Cold Storage:" Two diamond thieves have hatched a plan to freeze their stolen goods in ice in order to transport them into a different location. Underestimating the burglars, Spider-Man is knocked unconscious, bound and thrown in an absolute-zero freezer. Waking after being frozen, Spider-Man finds himself in a post-apocalyptic future full of hostiles and strange beasts.
''To Catch A Spider'': Dr. Noah Boddy releases Electro, the Green Goblin, and the Vulture from prison to get back at Spider-Man. All three disable Spider-Man's powers and arrange to meet at midnight at the docks. But Spider-Man is one step ahead as he starts his plan to pit them against each other. ''Double Identity'': The villain Charles Cameo commits a crime while disguised as Peter Parker and encounters Spider-Man at the scene of the crime. Spider-Man fails to capture the master of masquerade and has no way of knowing who Cameo will impersonate next. Luckily, Cameo's hubris gets the best of him as he poses as Spider-Man and encounters the real Spider-Man, initiating a doppelganger showdown!
"To Cage A Spider:" While chasing two burglars after a bank heist, Spider-Man is knocked unconscious and taken to a prison infirmary by the police. As he recovers from his wounds, he discovers that the inmates in the prison have taken over and are planning to escape. Spider-Man devises an ingenious plan and pretends to be part of the escape in order to save Captain Stacy and get the inmates back in their cells.
''Fountain of Terror'': Peter discovers that Dr. Connor is missing and travels to Florida to investigate. He encounters Cliventon, and chases him along with Billy Connor to his hideout where they find the doctor. Now, they must work as a team to defeat Cliventon and save the doctor! ''Fiddler on the Loose'': The Fiddler kidnaps Flintridge's band, a popular music group. Spider-Man rushes to prevent the Fiddler from destroying the Flintridge's music and get them back on the airwaves.
''The Terrible Triumph of Dr. Octopus'': Spider-Man fails to prevent Dr. Octopus from stealing Dr. Smarter's nullifier. Afer some investigation, Spider-Man tracks down Dr. Octopus, but the evil villain has a devious trap waiting for the webslinger. ''Magic Malice'': The Green Goblin escapes Spider-Man as he steals Blackwell's magic secrets. With his new array of magic tricks, the Goblin goes on a stealing spree around the city. Now Spider-Man must enlist the help of Blackwell to apprehend the magical menace!
