A mysterious new villan, Scorpio, outwits the Squad and allies himself with Doom. Soon enough, Scorpio is leading the villains in a quest to steal Stark's most powerful tech. But neither heroes nor villains know that Scorpio is really Nick Fury, the enigmatic leader of SHIELD.

Doom's ally, Egghead, hatches a scheme to steal a fractal in the Squad's Helicarrier by shrinking to insect-size. Fortunately, the Squad can count on Ant-Man to help them chase down the villains at micro-scale. But being super-small leads them into some very unpleasant places, including Hulk's nose.
It's a super-team team-up as the Squad helps out the Fantastic Four with an ambush from the alien Skrulls and Super-Skrull. Meanwhile, Dr. Doom is making a devious deal with a mysterious cosmic villain named Thanos. As the battle rages in the Baxter Building and outer space, our heroes find that both threats are connected and they may have to make a deal of their own to save the Earth!
A new heroine named the Black Widow joins the team and shows the boys she can kick butt even better than them. But we soon learn she is really the shape-shifting Mystique, sent by Doom to infiltrate and get at the fractals. She nearly succeeds and leads the Squad into a Lethal Legion ambush. But Nick Fury may just have provided their ace in the hole… Screaming Mimi turns on the villains, revealing herself to be an undercover SHIELD agent named Songbird!
A fractal mishap finally gives M.O.D.O.K. his big chance to overthrow Dr. Doom. But with Loki's manipulations driving his big head even bigger, M.O.D.O.K. becomes an omnipotent threat to other villains and the city itself. Even the Squad (with the Black Panther's help) can't outwit "Mo-Dork". But just maybe Iron Man can inspire Dr. Doom to get his mojo back and team-up against M.O.D.O.K..
Supernatural wackiness is turning the city (and the Squad) upside-down. The Squad goes to the mysterious Dr. Strange for help, but Strange tricks them into battling the dread Dormammu. It seems a wayward fractal is stuck in the Eye of Agomotto – but can the heroes possibly free Dr. Strange from the fractal's influence, defeat Dormammu and rescue the city from an army of Mindless Ones, all at the same time?
"Candid Camera Murder Incident": Nobuo and his mother are put in great danger after the young photography hoaxer finally captures a shot to die for. Nobody believes what he has to say at first, but when the pictures happens to pin a member of The Iron Cross Army to a murder scene, it's up to Spider-Man to clear the boy's name. Uncovering a plot to take over Japan using experimental "Scrap gas," Spider-Man not only has the Iron Cross Army testing his skills but also the corrupt dealings of a ruthless tycoon who will stop at nothing to see his plans played out.
"The Incredible Wild Girl Who Bullies Boys": Professor Monster orders the Iron Cross Army to capture a young girl possessing an amulet from Planet Spider after her pictures were published in a local newspaper. While reading that same newspaper, Takuya also notices the amulet and decides to approach the young girl. After learning her story and how she obtained the pendant, Spiderman must make sure that the Professor Monster and his Iron Cross Army will never get their hands on the prized amulet.
An ancient magician frozen in time by a rival sorcerer is brought back to life in the present day by a deranged college professor. Bent on conquering the world, the resurrected magician creates chaos inside the university and around the city until Spider-Man shows up to save the day. Faced with powerful thousand year-old magic, Spider-Man must find a way to defeat one of the most powerful villains he's ever encountered.
A new villain, The Chameleon, is impersonating other people through an image-inducing belt and plans to assassinate two major diplomats on the brink of signing an important peace proposal. But the Chameleon makes a misstep when he unwisely takes the appearance of Peter Parker while Spider-Man is around. Spider-Man battles his doppelganger to ensure that the peace treaty goes according to plan.
Xavier and Magneto are held captive by Mister Sinister and are used as bait to the lure the X-Men into an ambush at the Savage Land Castle. After capturing the X-Men, Sinister unfolds a plan to use their genetic material to modify Magneto's lowly band of 'mutates' into more powerful and deadly mutants.
A cunning "cat" burglar is on a stealing spree and there seems to be no way to catch the elusive thief. Meanwhile, a movie premiere comes to town and the rich and famous all come to see the new attraction, only to find themselves in Pardo's trap! Using a mystical pet cat to hypnotize the audience, Pardo steals all their belongings, but what the villain doesn't know is that Peter Parker is in the theater. Spider-Man soon finds himself in a battle with Pardo and must stop the trickster before the fight spills out into the city!
Spider-Man's latest caper takes the wall crawler far away from the familiar skyscrapers of New York City and into a dark realm of horrible monsters and menacing overlords. After picking up a disturbing distress call through his "Spider-sense" Spider-Man eagerly takes a state of the art jet-plane for a test drive over the ocean. It is here that Spidey finds the source of the mysterious message and decides to take on the evil "Dr. Manta," and his army of robotic insects to save a lost civilization from destruction.
Yuriko's alien discovery, a Shi'ar vessel, turns out to be a prison cell containing a voracious, gaseous prisoner, the M'Kraan Spirit Drinker. It immediately sucks life out of Yuriko and her cohorts, the Reavers, and turns its attention to the X-Men. The X-Men must change their strategy to defeat an enemy they can't touch.
"The Onion Iron Mask and the Youth Detective Club": Professor Monster enlists the help of an old colleague named Dr. Miracle to eliminate Spiderman once and for all. While landing on earth, a member of the Youth Detective Club notices Dr. Miracle and decides to investigate further, but when Dr. Miracle turns the tables and attacks the children, Spiderman must swing into action and defeat the powerful foe.
While on a plane in a distant country, Peter Parker finds himself in the midst of a heavy thunderstorm that causes his plane to crash. Peter ends up in the middle of an unchartered jungle amongst hostile natives and strange beasts. Now Spider-Man must do his best to keep the plane crew safe, while somehow finding a way to get them home in one-piece.
It's a race against time for Spider-Man as the classic villain "The Mole" returns with a vengeance. With the buildings of New York disappearing one by one it's up to Spidey to save the day. Relying on his "Spider-hearing," to decipher a cryptic message, Peter Parker swings into action. This time it's an adventure below ground as Spider-Man must outrun a race of elves, outwit a subterranean rock giant and of course overcome the underground Kingdom of "The Mole People" before it's too late. Beast falls in love with Carly, a blind patient of his. The two are kept apart by Carly's father who looks down upon the mutant race. But when the Friends of Humanity (an anti-mutant organization) kidnaps Carly, her father turns to Beast who must now risk his life to try and save her.
"The Secret Emissary from Hell, the Enma Devil": An old man obsessed with the occult discovers that The Enma Devil has been resurrected from the dead and his son takes off to ask Spiderman for help. Meanwhile, Takuya senses that something is wrong after an unusual thunderstorm falls on the city and decides to investigate further. After finding the boy, Spiderman realizes that a great evil has been unleashed on the city and must somehow defeat the powerful being and keep it from killing the boy.
While unwinding at a club, Peter Parker meets a girl named Carol who is surprisingly as interested in science as he is. After setting up a date, Peter decides to patrol the town as Spider-Man and stumbles upon a robbery perpetrated by...Carol! But things start to look fishy when Carol starts using the same spider powers as Spider-Man. Spider-Man follows her as she races back to their headquarters and discovers that they are from a distant civilization that crash landed one Earth and have been living underground waiting to be saved.
''Diamond Dust'': Museum robbers disguised as gorillas create a diversion by unlocking a zoo cage and stealing valuable items while the wild animals occupy the security. Spider-Man discovers the devious plan and corrals the freed animals in time to get to the bottom of the heist.
