Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, the first full-length Marvel series for preschoolers, has shared a new music video for the original song “Do the Spidey.” Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump serves as the show’s songwriter and composer, and he sings the catchy new track, with a video featuring dance moves from Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, and Miles Morales.
Walt Disney Records is also releasing the new album Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends – Music From and Inspired By, available June 14. The 11-track album features “Do the Spidey;” two new original songs, “Happy Spidey Birthday” and “Swing and Smash;” and four unreleased demos written and performed by Stump.
Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends follows the adventures of Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, and Miles Morales as they team up with Super Heroes to defeat foes and learn that teamwork is the best way to save the day. Season 3 of Marvel's Spidey and his Amazing Friends premiered in January 2024 on Disney Jr., and a new batch of shorts — including “Do the Spidey” — will debut this June. Since the show’s debut in August 2021, Spidey has amassed more than 1.1 billion views across Disney Jr. and Marvel HQ YouTube channels, making it a top-three most-watched series for preschoolers.
