This week's Marvel comics are filled with new beginnings.

In Christopher Cantwell and Lan Medina's GOLD GOBLIN (2022) #1, Norman Osborn’s sins have been cleansed, but his memories weren’t, and he’s done plenty of horrific things to remember. Norman’s worked hard to avoid all things “Goblin” and to stay on the straight and narrow. Consequences in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (2022) pushed him to try super-heroing, and he liked it. But when the media dub him the Gold Goblin, he has to start wondering – can he ever get away from the Goblin inside?

Norman Osborn isn't the only Marvel character taking on a new role this week. In the pages of CAPTAIN AMERICA: SENTINEL OF LIBERTY (2022), Bucky Barnes learned that the 20th century progressed at a more rapid pace than any other in history due to help from the shadows.
