Spider-Man Dons His New Suit from Doctor Doom in 'Amazing Spider-Man' #61 Preview
Get your first look at the ‘8 Deaths of Spider-Man,’ kicking off in 'Amazing Spider-Man' #61 this November!
The Sorcerer Supreme dooms Spider-Man with eight deaths. The upside for Peter Parker? At least he gets to die in style.
This November, the “8 Deaths of Spider-Man” kicks off in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (2022) #61 by Joe Kelly and Ed McGuinness. In the aftermath of BLOOD HUNT, Doctor Doom took on the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme and there are some duties he’d rather delegate. Who better to face the Scions of Cyttorak the Destroyer, the ruler of Crimson Cosmos, than your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man?
Spider-Man might be a little under-qualified for the task at hand, but Doctor Doom gifts him a new magical armor—and eight extra lives to go with it. That should be enough, right? Peter Parker sure hopes so.
In this preview for AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #61, Doctor Doom recruits Spider-Man and equips him with a new Doom-inspired armor to face the Scions of Cyttorak head on. Peter immediately puts this suit to the test, shooting mystical green webs to defend himself from the first Scion of Cyttorak.
