To celebrate this momentous occasion 56 years in the making, this Fantastic Four S’mores Bar contains all the elements for an epic team up: Mister Fantastic Marshmallows and Sue Storm Blue Chocolate are heated up thanks to a fiery tribute to Johnny Storm, all of which are sandwiched between two rock-like Thing Crackle Cookies perfect for a DIY wedding dessert. Make your own Fantastic S’mores and enjoy this super sweet homage to the First Family of Marvel. Congrats Alicia and Ben!

Fantastic Four S'mores Bar

You’ll Need:

marshmallows
skewers
flame/ethanol chafing fuel
silpat mat or parchment paper

Sue Storm Blue Chocolate

Ingredients:

chocolate mold
blue candy melts

Step 1: Place the blue candy melts in a heat-safe bowl and microwave at 15-20 second intervals until melted.

Step 2: Spoon evenly into the silicone mold, tapping to release excess air bubbles. Place in the freezer to set.

Fantastic S'mores - Sue Storm Blue Chocolate Prep

Ben Grimm Thing Cookies

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
½ cup white sugar for rolling
½ cup powdered sugar for rolling
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
orange food gel dye
pinch of salt

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prep baking sheets with silpats or parchment.

Step 2: In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3: In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar.

Step 4: Add the vanilla extract, eggs, and orange dye until just combined.

Step 5: Stir in the dry ingredients until the dough comes together.

Step 6: Form walnut-sized balls of dough, roll them in white sugar, then in powdered sugar. Place onto the prepped baking sheets.

Step 7: Bake for 14 minutes. The Ben Grimm Thing cookies should look cracked. Let cool slightly on the baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Step 8: Serve with charred Mister Fantastic marshmallows and Sue Storm blue chocolate over Johnny Storm flame to complete the s’mores.
