We’ve partnered with chef Justin Warner to bring you a themed food paired with each episode of WandaVision, so dive into what we’re cooking today in the recipe below! WandaVision is now streaming on Disney+.
Wanda Maximoff versus Agatha Harkness. Vision versus another Vision. It’s all come down to this for the battle of Westview, New Jersey. While this foursome might not get along that well, they certainly do mix perfectly together — in a snack mix, that is!
The finale of Marvel Studios’ WandaVision is loaded with explosive action, and that means you’re going to need something to munch on that also packs a punch, of both sweet, sour, and a little bit naughty (looking at you, Agatha). And what will we get when everything is mixed together? A delicious treat to share with others, or keep all to yourself…
INGREDIENTS
- 6 TB butter
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 packet of cheese powder from boxed mac and cheese
- handful or more of sour children candies (preferably purple, red, yellow, and white, to represent the Westview showdowns)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate covered pretzels, smashed
- 2 bags plain no butter microwave popcorn (or your fave stovetop version)
DIRECTIONS
STEP ONE: In a saucepan, combine the butter and fish sauce and cook over low heat until melted and foamy. Once melted and foamy, set aside.
STEP TWO: Pop your popcorn and once cooked but while hot place the popcorn along with the cheese powder, sour children, and white chocolate pretzels into a bowl and toss to combine.
STEP THREE: Drizzle with the fish sauce butter and toss again.
Marvel Studios' WandaVision is now streaming exclusively on Disney+.
Starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, WandaVision marks the first series from Marvel Studios streaming exclusively on Disney+. The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and joining Olsen and Bettany are Kat Dennings, who reprises her role as Darcy Lewis from Marvel Studios' Thor and Thor: The Dark World; Randall Park, who reprises his role as Agent Jimmy Woo from Ant-Man and The Wasp; and newcomers Kathryn Hahn, who plays their plucky neighbor, and Teyonah Parris, who plays the adult Monica Rambeau, who was first introduced in Captain Marvel.
