Marvel Contest of Champions: Summoner Showdown 2020 is Here

Welcome to the 2020 Marvel Contest of Champions Summoner Showdown! Following the huge success of the inaugural Summoner Showdown in 2019, the mobile game competition is back and now bigger than before for the second year. For starters, the Showdown is now global and it’s time to figure out who is the greatest fighter out there. 

For 2020, players from three regions — Americas, Europe and Russia, Asia and Oceania — will battle it out in three different rounds, starting with Qualifiers before moving on to the Semi-Finals, and lastly the Finals. The qualifiers kick off on August 17, so get your Champions battle ready!

Additionally, this year’s challenge will feature new bosses who are even harder to defeat: Silver Surfer, Captain Marvel, and Infinity War Iron Man. The qualifier round will have Summoners beat these bosses to achieve a high score to move on to the Semi-Finals. 

From there, three contestants will compete in the Finals round. With over 170 Champions, who will you bring to the fight?
