Piecing Together Marvel Puzzle Quest: Rescue (Pepper Potts)

One of the most surprising heroes to assemble during Marvel Studios' "Avengers: Endgame" was Rescue (Pepper Potts), who appeared on the final battle against Thanos to fight alongside her husband, Iron Man (Tony Stark).

In the Avengers' time of need, Pepper Potts rises to the occasion as Rescue! Armed with a super-powered suit of Iron armor and her genius intellect, she must prove that she has what it takes to save the day. Recruit the 5-Star Rescue to your roster here beginning Thursday, May 16.

The 5-star Rarity protects her allies by stealing enemy Strike tiles or making them easier to remove. She also creates and converts friendly special tiles to Protect tiles while dealing damage to the enemy.

The nimble and graceful likes of Rescue that can hold her own against Thanos has a toolkit comprised of All Systems Go, Your Shield, and Do or Die.

With All Systems Go, a mid-cost Blue power, Pepper Potts takes flight to intercept an enemy missile and hack its navigational systems. Rescue deals 564 damage and steals 2 enemy Strike, Attack, or Protect tiles. If there are non-red enemy Strike, Attack, or Protect tiles on the board after this power is fired, convert them to red.

A mid-cost Yellow power, Your Shield allows Rescue to stand her ground between danger and the helpless — your ally, your savior, and your shield. Rescue converts all friendly Strike and Attack tiles into Protect tiles, then improves friendly Protect tiles by 102. If there are no friendly Strike, Attack, or Protect tiles on the board, create 2 strength-85 Protect tiles instead. 

At the start of her turn, if there are 2 or more friendly Protect tiles on the board, heal Rescue's allies for a burst of 338 health.

As for Do or Die, a mid-cost Red power, Rescue charges into the front lines, blasting back enemy forces with twin repulsor beams. Rescue fires off two separate blasts that each deal 1241 damage. If there are 4 or more friendly Strike, Attack, or Protect tiles on the board, Rescue lands an additional blast for 902 damage.

Rescue (Pepper Potts) is available at increased odds for a special limited time. She makes her debut beginning Thursday, May 16 with Civil War, store offerings, Rescue Me, and limited vault, Pepper Potts.
