Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ends the same way it began: with Sam Wilson holding the Captain America shield. 

Sure, it took  a little bit of a globe-trotting  journey to get back here, but once again Sam is in possession of the shield and finally assuming the title given to him at the end of Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame. He's our new Captain America, and he proved it in more  ways than one during the final episode of the series, "One World, One People."
