The Muppets Take Over ‘WandaVision’ In New Disney+ Poster

Make room, Wanda Maximoff and Vision, because there’s a new unusual couple in town: Gonzo and Camilla! 

Thankfully, Gonzo hasn't trapped an unsuspecting town in a false world lately, and Camilla isn’t made of vibranium, but they are the latest duo to arrive on Disney+. Starting today, all five seasons of Jim Henson’s iconic variety series, The Muppet Show, are now streaming.

The Muppet Show stars Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, the Swedish Chef, and more in a groundbreaking twist on the classic variety show, blending original songs, sketch comedy, and guest stars into a prime-time hit for all ages.

"It's going to be great to welcome back longtime fans, and to give a new generation of fans a chance to see how we got our start, how Miss Piggy became a star and so much more,” Kermit the Frog explained in a statement. “Today, I’m proud to say: ‘It’s time to play the music, light the lights and meet the Muppets on Disney Plus tonight!’  And as for Statler and Waldorf, the two old guys in the balcony,  I can only add: ‘Sorry, guys, but….here we go again.”

In honor of this, classic Muppet characters have found their way into “spoofing” popular Disney+ series, and that includes Marvel Studios’ latest Wandavision. Gonzo and Camilla have stepped into a retro poster, akin to the same one we’ve seen Wanda and Vision in, but this time it’s “CamillaGonzo.” Take a look at the poster below!
