Alan O'Neil

Officer Alan O'Neil served as partner to Officer Vin Gonzales, on the New York City Police Department. O'Neil was the more experienced of the two, although, O'Neil was less apt to follow proper procedure and protocol and more forgiving of Spider-Man's illegal crime-fighting activities, though he was quick to pin a mistake on the hero. As a New York City cop, O'Neil has faced extraordinary law breakers including Overdrive, Dr. Benjamin Rabin, and Freak, who he did not hesitate to shoot in the head.
