Rand wore the Lightening Bolt armor of the Galadorian Spaceknights. He was eager for combat and very affectionate towards the very attractive Anarra, who was Squadron Leader. Rand was one of the third generation recruits sent to the planet of Trion to revenge the brutal slaying of the Prime Director. However his tour of duty was cut short when he lost his life while acting as wing-man for Prince Tristan.
