Scion is a Prime Being of Sub-Atomica, a realm that can only be entered by shrinking to a sub-atomic level. Legend states that he was one of the many eggs that were produced and incubated by the Child of the Maker on an unidentified planet within the realm of the Microverse. The eggs were said to contain the Prime Beings whose primary purpose was to populate this strange universe. Scion was capable of changing his appearance at will; a trait seemingly shared amongst the Prime Beings. As an egg Scion emitted massive amounts of cosmic radiation which attracted the attention of Huntarr, who was mutated by this radiation as well. Scion's energy was also used to power Solitaire's spacecraft.
