When Tony Stark sent a mysterious box to Bill Foster, Vulcan and his gang of motorcycle misfits were determined to get their hands on it. First, tangling with the police, and then testing his might against Black Goliath, Vulcan came up empty handed. However, Vulcan managed to evade capture after he used his awesome powers to inadvertently drop a building on Black Goliath's head.
