John Romita art? Ugh, you hate me Marvel. I so wish this guy's art style would just find a hole to go die in. Probably would be good for doing page layouts, but the finished art style is just a pain to look at. Wasn't particularly good even in the 80s...

I want to learn more about the Green Skull!

Anyway, nice first issue, with a Captain America down for the count, fighting for several days in a row, it seems, but still pushing on, following his mothers example. After that we get a brief interlude, him talking with Sharon about his personal life (it's his 90th birthday, and Sharon recently proposed to him), before they tackle the next enemy. But thoughts about maybe having a normal life distract Steve so much, that he gets captured by Armin Zola, and once again drained for his supersoldier serum. More than that, Zola seemed to have cloned him, judging by the baby in the tube next to him. Running on sheer willpower now, he breaks free, destroys the lab and escapes - with the baby. But while he is away, Zola, who didn't saw the theft, only the destruction, mourns the death of his son, and embraces his daughter, saying, he only wanted the serum for the two...

So...is the girl a second Cap-clone? Or from someone else? Were both really his children? Do they both have supersoldier-powers? Does Cap bring a child in his marriage? Well...let's read on to find out!

The art is a bit off, but I'll give this one a go. Doubt it can top Brubaker's run, though.

This is a fantastic book! It dives deep into who Steve Rogers is as a man, beyond the powers and the symbol he embodies. Also, JRJr's art is incredible, per usual.

Not bad, but it's not Captain America-esque. It's more Planet Hulk... Hopefully it picks up

I cried, this issue sucked so bad.........made me very sad such an awesome hero got butchered
