JackStamper member 5pts ...all is forgiven. Honestly: I have no problems with Tony being adopted. But once the story started and they talked about how to outsmart 451, my heart jumped upward. There is the magic reset button for the Retcon. Tony wasn't genetically altered, all his achievements, all his faults, all of him is due to himself! This elevates the whole storyline immensely! So yeah, now he is adopted, he has an adoptive brother (Arno) and he has a new quest: Find out, who his real parents are. His relationship with Howard Stark gets a new, complicated layer - what's there not to like? Of course, if we finally find out he really is the Starks son (maybe artificially born), or the result of an affair from Howard, this wouldn't be bad as well. The story itself was a nice conclusion, and the storyline was very, very good, now that the big problem in the center has been removed. Nice!
